Kade is EXCELLENT! He is very patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and really goes out of his way to ensure each customer has a thorough, informed, and positive experience! Give this guy a raise, promote him, ensure he has a long path forward with Verizon! We trust the information he provides us and the integrity he exhibits each time we visit! The associates (Jessica and Kade) at this location are always very friendly and helpful and know what they are doing. Pay them more so you don't lose them!! I will always go to this location and not try to get help online or over the phone again.

Kade was helpful and upfront regarding all costs and helped us decide the best fit as far as phones/upgrades go. He was insightful regarding what features are available. This was after having a not so great experience at the Verizon store so it was a breathe of fresh air to have a representative who was knowledgeable and cared about getting us the best deal. We will definitely be back when we need a new phone!

Stars are for Shelby, NOT Verizon!!!!! Verizon gets 0 stars!!!Shelby at Verizon (Seth Child) save the company from loosing me as a customer. I have never had so much difficulty with a problem that was NOT mine. Trying to get money owed to me after returning a phone. Shelby stayed with me, followed up with me, stayed on the line while I was dealing with the financial office( over an hour and a half) and even texted me the next day to check in and make sure everything was resolved. ( I spent over 4 hours on the phone and 1.5 in the business) Verizon even cut off my service. Mind you, they already had my phone. Still charging me, then cutting off my service for nonpayment of a phone in their possession. Verizon is lucky to have her as a representative. Thank you Shelby!
