At first I thought all my documents and pix were gone...eventually found them but had to reset everything every day. Browser, tabs, settings...everything! I even spent 2 days backing up all my files to a flash drive from the service that constantly protects it.The guys knew just what to do and their charge was incredibly reasonable. We're so lucky to have that kind of service in a small town.”
