“Picture it...raining, you have ball games hours away every night and your hubby is away with the church youth at camp and you have just had a headlight go out!!!!Uuuuggg. I peeled in to Marysville's O'Reilly's and the manager Derek was on duty. I told him my car make, model, which headlight etc and he was pulling it up on the computer. There were options and he asked if he could verify which bulb so he would ensure selling me the right one. Talk about customer service ☺ he followed me out to my car and removed the bulb to get stock number when bam it came on! He explained possible short and etc knowledgeable things and sent me on my way good to go. Appreciate his thoughtfulness and I will definitely be back for future needs.”
