Went in to get my batter tested. It was bad so I purchased a new one. They offered to change it out for me and everything! I was back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Great experience, fantastic customer service.

I want to share how amazing the staff is at McPherson's AutoZone. I was helping a family get a new battery, Greg Rivera and his staff were able to help match what we had raised and help get the family going again. Had our water pump on our 2015 ford f-150 give out on us on the highway we were able to get over to AutoZone were we had a very good experience with Cameron Carty he was very professional was able to look up the parts i needed right away, assisted to help me get tools gather to do the job which we have never had this type of help before, he went out of his way when i could see he was busy to make sure we had everything we needed to get the job done took me a hour and half to get back on the road and he made sure everything was okay, i definitely recommend this store due to his professional service.

I went in to the store in the morning to buy a new battery. I purchased one my old battery tested and was bad. They looked up on the computer if they could install and said no it takes too long.......I actually ended up getting a refund to wear my old battery completely out and I did. I was back at the same store at 8pm repurchased the battery. Cameron had my battery out and replaced in 25 minutes. Exceptional customer service is a understatement. I wish I could give this 6 stars. Thank you Cameron I appreciate it.

If there was 10 stars I would. Let me tell you!!! These two people helped me more than anything right now. I am homeless and had $22 dollars to my name. I came in for a battery replacement, and the warranty expired June 21!!! These amazing people paid what was left for me to get a new battery!!! I fully intend to reimburse them against their wishes, but not the point. These two are amazing. Thank you so much, Jackie and Greg!! Greg also went above and beyond on trying to help me make it back home. Turns out it's still the alternator, that I replaced the day before. Love these people for real!!
