We were an exstend stay since August of 24 things were ok at first but the had a glitch in their system saying we owed of 3 thousand which we didn't Alot a of people were charged like that. Then the ice and snow came for awhile the didn't plow the guest parking just the front main entrance no maintenance were out shoveling side walks . So the guest had to shove walk ways .The head maintenance man was plowing other hotels..I was walking to our car and fell hard cause of there neglect of not plowing and shoveling. Mess up my left shoulder a my ankle too. Will be going to physical therapy. I wouldn't have gave them a star only except for location.

The hot water could have been hotter it was pretty cold I had to let it run for quite a while. No fault to the employees I failed to mention to them I was going to let them know in the morning and got in a rush and forgot. Even while I was checking in I'd take it the manager was training a new employee very professional both of them very courteous and very prompt thank you very much pleasant stay Big rooms

Not a bad hotel nothing fancy. it is pet friendly that is the main reason i stay here but if your looking for a simple cost effective hotel i would recommend this hotel. The staff is very friendly and very nice . The room quality is okay not the best room i have stayed in because the you can tell the room needs updated the carpets are worn and show stains, the walls show wear and stains. But my daughters room did have laminate flooring and they had done some repainting so they are improving the quality. I would recommend this hotel if your just wanting something reasonably priced and clean.

Charged me twice for my stay a month after I stayed here and the girl working the front desk said it was my problem. Had to report them to my bank and my bank said it could take up to 3 months to get my money back. Wont stay again

We stayed there 4 times in 5 months. My first stay… no pool, no internet, no coffee, and had to go outside to use our cell. 2nd stay… My husband left a pair of brand new shoes by mistake. Contacted in less than a week and nobody knew anything about it. Was told by desk clerk that they were probably overlooked by the cleaning lady and a guest got them. My 3rd stay… one rooms a/c was frozen up so couldn’t have adjoining rooms which the other room had no working phones. My 4th stay… the room wasn’t very clean. NOW…. The worst just recently happened. The hotel charged two separate credit cards used by us on two different visits months apart… DOUBLE CHARGED FOR A NIGHT STAY MONTHS LATER AND THERE IS NO OTHER CHARGES IN THEIR SYSTEM OTHER THAN THE ACTUAL NIGHTS WE STAYED. SO…. WHERE DID OUR MONEY GO?! Another parent from the same college who stayed there also said it happened to her too. It’s gonna take me months to get it back.

You kind of get what you pay for. It's one of the cheaper options for a room along the interstate. Only stayed for one night. The bathroom was not the cleanest. Location is a plus because right next to interstate,gas station and Starbucks.
Hardly any lighting around the parking lot so not feeling the most comfortable walking from my car to my room alone.

The ladies that put the breakfast together do an amazing job, they also are friendly and willing to go the distance to make sure you and your family have an easy check in I really appreciate the hard work of the ladies thank you for making my time enjoyable
Rooms: Rooms are spacious
Nearby activities: Within walking distance of fastfood reastronts and Walmart
Safety: Well lit walk way's, easy to see exit signs

The staff here is always very friendly. The convenience of the location is the best part about this besides the very, very comfortable beds. When I’ve been traveling from St. Louis six hours, I always stop at the roadway inn in McPherson because I know that the beds are gonna be very, very comfortable. The rooms are clean, and everything is always top-notch
Rooms: Rooms are clean, but most importantly the beds are comfortable
Walkability: You can easily walk to Walmart and to other places to get food
Noteworthy details: There is a very large convenient store and auto Plaza right next-door

We stayed at this hotel with my husband and two dogs, at night, we were very tired and in the morning I forgot my earrings in the room. The next day I discovered it was missing and immediately called the hotel. A girl (manager) answered the phone and said that they had found my earrings and that she would send them immediately, which she did. She sent them at her own expense and did not ask for any additional money.
I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Manager of this hotel. And I highly recommend this hotel, because you can feel safe for your property there!

My credit card was compromised last night from another hotel. I stayed at of this type of hotel and all I have is cash and will not take cash. This ownership of this establishment and another establishment in this area. I guess owns a bunch of them.
Noteworthy details: The two ladies at the desk it looks like they babysitting their children in the lobby. They looked a little sketchy. What’s this world coming to?

Booked online showed up they had no clean rooms available. Other than double beds said they could give me one of those if I paid the difference. the same person owns 4 of the motels here. All very close in distance. Bad customer service not to offer to send people to another motel at a discounted rate seeing as you own them all. As a business owner I am fully aware of bad customer service. And I had made this my regular stay when I am in McPherson on business, it will no longer be my regular stay... Any where from 2 nights to 10 nights a month. But I found a very friendly lady at another hotel that more than gladly helped me out in this situation after working a 12 hr day.

TERRIBLE. We were traveling with family to see family, with a group of 7, so we decided to give their corner room with 3 beds a try. The reviews were mixed and we're not super fussy, as long as the room/bathroom are clean, I can handle dated. It was dated for sure, but it was NASTY. The entryways had ceiling tiles falling out, the floors hadn't been swept or vacuumed in what looked like years. Then we get to the room. I don't think the floors had been vacuumed in years, there was hair and a used soap bar in the tub, the toilet hadn't been scrubbed, the window was so dirty that someone had drawn in it, there were cobwebs in every corner. In this case, you don't even get what you pay for. Take my word for it guys, you do not want to stay here. The only upside was that the front desk didn't argue with me and was accommodating with the refund.

The car can be parked in front of the room. The room is very clean and has good sound insulation. Hot water may not be available when there is a lot of traffic. Everything else is very good.
