They should change their name to Complete Garbage. Long wait times (including bumping you to the bottom of the list instead of working on it and then not saying anything), rude staff, poor work. Gotta love spending a couple grand and almost a month in the shop for the service done to barely even last a year. Thanks for making me spend another couple grand at a different shop to finally get it fixed properly! They did it in a day too.

I didn't get his name but he came out front he was friendly and nice as I show him that I put my name and number on the key ring I could tell he like that I did I just like to do want I can do to make it easier on them plus the car part is also in my car thanks

We cannot recommend this place strongly enough. The owner Bret is a very friendly and stand-up guy, on top of being a truly GENIUS mechanic. We were stuck in Kansas (from Colorado) and some other shop told us we needed a new transmission, we wanted a second opinion, and brought our Hyundai to Complete Automotive. Bret discovered it was some loose bolts in our flex plate. How he knew to look there we still have no idea, it must be a God-given gift! He tightened them down, which got us home. Once we got back, we went to get replacement bolts and put them in ourselves, and it literally took an entire day of work, for what he did in 40 minutes. His fee was very modest and we couldn't have been more relieved. We owe him a great debt! Other things we liked: cozy waiting room, very friendly counter girl, just all-around honest and efficient. If we ever end up stuck in McPherson again (LOL) we know where we'll go first (and not that other place.) Thanks Bret and the rest of the Complete Automotive team, you guys are lifesavers!!

Complete Automotive provides fast, friendly and real reasonably priced repairs. I have used them several times for my daughter Brooke's vehicle while she attends McPherson College. Always a great experience. Natalia (hope I spelled it right) is always a delight. She is always able to fit the car into their busy schedule on short notice when I'm in a pinch. Heck, she even offers to deliver the vehicle to you when the repair is completed. It is so nice to know that I can always count on Complete Automotive to take care of my daughter's automotive needs when I am 460 miles away in Denver. I highly recommend Complete Automotive to everyone for all your auto repairs and maintenance!
