I received a letter saying they needed more information on my address saying it was incomplete yet they sent the letter to the exact address asking for the address doesn't make since and has caused a huge inconvenience for me my package might be here tomorrow they said but really it should have been here days ago but they didn't have the address to deliver the package but have the address to send a letter i think someone needs to get there stuff together

The people in the bank where the drop box is located were very helpful
