I went to take my New Toro mower in for warranty repair and Brian Anderson’s first words to me is “you want me to warranty this and you bought it elsewhere.I don’t have to warranty this “ I asked him if he was a Toro Dealer” but he already had his advised me wasn’t going to warranty it so I asked his name.
Since this is Toro dealer. I have reached out to Toro and the Secretary of States office to file a complaint. My hope is he be removed as a dealer or learn his role responsibilities as dealer, and truth be told some basic customer service skills couldn’t hurt.
I reason I purchase Toro mower is because it had a 3 year warranty and this gentleman was upset because he didn’t get a “cut” .
As a dealer you have legal agreement to perform a function. This business didn’t do so for me.

These guys saved my day. I was in town to see family and had a tire blow out. They were able to squeeze me in and get me back on the road. My situation was more complicated because it was a Tesla, which they hadn't worked on before, but they took it all in stride and go the the job done.

Great place to do business. The guys went above and beyond yesterday when I took my mower in with a flat tire. It looked like new when I picked it up.

This place is the worst place in the area to try to get anything done and they are very rude about any questions you ask them even after you have left your project there for a week

Overall they are honest and fast. I had them replace my tire on a rim I brought in. They are very knowledgeable and courteous They were affordable as well. We will most likely upgrade our mower and this will be our go to place

These guys are awesome. We were on a cross country road trip and our tire pressure was low. This team helped us add air to our RV tires and made sure we were safe to continue. Thank you!

Truckers: overnight parking is available, plenty of turn around room in the back. There's a Love's about 7mins up the street. Quick and fast unloading (no dock)
