“I have been with UScellular since they began, they were great then and are great now. The staff cares and is so knowledgeable, whether it is buying a new phone, have a app that is hindering your phone, or have a virus on your phone. They do have some turnover, yet their training is spectacular. All the staff has a great attitude and cares about you, the customer. I have no doubt that being bought out with T-Mobile will just increase the customer satisfaction. We are so blessed to have a phenomenal store in McPerson.”
