I went in for an upgrade. Kat did such a good job at helping me get the best features I needed out of my phone, took her time explaining everything I needed to know and was super fast at setting me all up. Never had this type of experience anywhere else before. So thankful for the opportunity I had to getting the best customer service and easy phone experience ever! I would really recommend seeing Kat if you're ever in need of a new phone or general help with your phone.

I needed to replace a phone I dropped. It was a quick and simple process. I got the same phone while my wife got our lunch at Arby's across the street. Excellent, quick service. Recommend.

Joined in 2019 under false pretenses. Was told I would have unlimited data at high speed that was a lie, was told 1 price that changed 3 times over first 3 months. I am so glad to be nearly done with my contract so I can go to any other carrier. We will tell those who listen to never even go in to your store let alone sign up with this BS CELLULAR CARRIER.

I had a situation where I was upset with how it was handled. I originally left a bad review. But after the situation I ended up getting a call and they were extremely nice and did end up taking care of me. I appreciate the time they took out to call me back and to listen to me and fix the situation. That is great customer service right there!

We' ve had major problems with Verizon. They would not turn off service for 3 full months after we canceled.& went to wireless world. Verizon is still trying to sue us; same thing happened to my sister- in - law after my brother died. I so love Nex- Tech. They are always helpful. Being older there are so many features I'm still learning. After having bad experiences with other phone companies; Nex- Tech makes me feel like a VIP

Nex-tech is great if you like random dropped calls, not getting MMS and texts until hours or even days later. When you call tech support about not having service at your house they will tell you that upgrading your current phone (a paid off Samsung S8) to one that supports wifi calling (Samsung S10) it will solve the issues at home. But in doing so it took me from having a phone that was paid off and was out of contract and locked me into another contract or "freedom program.

We were much happier with our experience in Salina at the Nextech wireless. We received credits in Salina on five phones that they would not give us on one phone in McPherson. The phone we got in Mcpherson did not port over right away and now it says roaming and won’t accept calls. Also they did not return calls when they said they would, but Salina called me to give me info without me having to call them. John and Becky were much more helpful in Salina.
