Had a new nail tech this past week and was not impressed with him. He tore one of my nails, then charged me to fix it. I have 3 nails that have something under the polish and you can see it. I reached out to the salon with no response. I have never had any issues in the past couple of years of going to this salon. I am just disappointed with this experience, this time!!

Gf and I walked in with no appointment and they instantly sat us down for a pedicure. Pedicure itself was super enjoyable, overall great experience!

I hadn't been for awhile since covid. When I walked in it was completely redone and so clean. I received great service and will use Pro Nails again soon.

just got my nails done and i am not happy with them the dots are connecting and he didnt even do dots on my pinky when in the picture there are dots!

Top notch nail techs. Very nice all around. I won’t give my techs name but she is worth every penny.
ETA: my usual tech is back from vacation and he did NOT disappoint ?
Requested style: I always get a time consuming design but they never complain. I really appreciate how accommodating they are.
Specialties: Amazing at making your nails look like the pictures. Top notch hand painted designs
Cleanliness: Super clean.
