The Merriam location team were so great and professional with a sense of quality I have never received at other collision/body repair shops. This was all going on during the Christmas and NY's holidays and yet they were on top of communication, customer service and a true helpful attitude. I never felt rushed or pushed aside and they did an amazing job. My car was returned to me promptly, clean and shiny... Denise and Dan were terrific to work with, especially Denise!! No I am not a family member, LOL

I took my suv there for repairs after a hit and run. They were prompt, professional and worked with my insurance company.
The workmanship was excellent. I would 10/10 recommend.

No customer service, area community service manger does not respond to any messages. If it was possible to rate 0 would do so. Worst repair experience in my over 70 years of life.

Do not take your car to the Caliber Collision in Merriam, KS. We hit a deer and took our car there after recommendation from our insurance. We had concerns from the get go as communication was terrible and when my husband went to pick it up after two weeks realized they didn't even due the basics such as balance it. 9 days later we had to take it back because it was leaking oil. Turns out there was a dent in the oil filter. They think we had been driving with basically no oil since receiving the car back from caliber. The car now has engine damage worth more than the car and caliber refuses to take responsiblity or admit any wrong doing. The regional manager admitted in a phone call with my husband that they missed it and "weren't trained" to spot a dent in an oil filter. Hello your a collision center your trained to look for damage anywhere. Caliber is just another big buisness who takes advantage of there smaller consumers. This has been the worst experience we have ever had and we were left with a car more damaged than it was after hitting the deer.

Dan has been very attentive.
The work was top notch. My wifes car only had 400 when she collided with a deer. They put it back together and it looked just like it did when it rolled off the showroom floor. Paint matched perfectly!

I don't even know where to start with this shop. This shop is the embodiment of disappointment.
AVOID going here. They have no idea how to fix anything.
I dropped my car to get it fixed and I was shocked with the results. The door was replaced but the new door doesn't shut properly. The bumper clamps were not even installed properly. I told the shop about these issues and they kept it for 2 additional days. I was told it's ready a couple of days later. Nothing changed. These guys obviously have no clue how to work on cars. There is no QC in place. The door still isn't shutting properly.
The individual responsible for fixing the car is extremely disrespectful. I politely asked why they did not do anything and his response was "this is the best we can do." Obviously not the greatest answer. The guy just wanted me to leave the shop. Really awful attitude despite me being honest with him about the quality of work done on the car.
Regardless, looks like I have to go to an independent shop to verify the work that was done since they have no clue how to do anything here.
Just save yourself some pain and go somewhere else.

I’ve been with Caliber Collisions for years. I recently came back in town just to get my vehicle repaired by them. Upon arrival, I was greeted by two wholesome women at the desk. They acknowledged my frustration and made me feel like I was in good hands. A lot of nearby body shops quoted me about 4-5 weeks return rate of the vehicle however Caliber gave me an estimate of about 3 weeks and had it done within 2! During the process I was consistently getting updates about the process of my vehicle. I’m so glad I waited till I could get back up here to get my vehicle repaired. Thank you Caliber! <3
