I spoke with the manager of this restaurant after a bad experience and Angela went above and beyond to fix my issue and I am very grateful for it. She reached out to me personally and fixed my issues within 24 hours!!! I am very very glad places like this have management like this❤️

Dont run the place having only with one server. It took an hour to get the breakfast on the table.

The food I got was cold, the server his name I believe starts with a T. He was rude. And he doesn't need to be a server so I will not come back to this location. Also the food tasted bad too.

If I could give more stars, I would. The manager, Angela, was wonderful after Door Dash never delivered my food. I genuinely thank Angela for her professionalism, being so helpful, and getting us our order right away. It is hard to get good customer service these days, and I genuinely appreciate Angela's help. I will contact the General Manager and tell them how excellent Angela was with this whole experience. I would have never placed this order if I had known that Door Dash was the delivery company. Just to let you know, they do use Door Dash, so be careful when using delivery.

The server messed up and put part of my daughter’s order mixed on my plate. Then charged me for the mistake, refusing to fix the ticket saying “ but did you eat it?” Umm yes, because it was on my plate with the rest of my food. AND not my mistake. There were gnats of some sort swarming around our food. One even landed in my daughter’s food. We were done then.

Terrible customer service all 3 times we Been there. And last time when I got biscuit and gravy the gravy didn't but cover half my biscuit. I've put more jelly on my biscuit. They said that's the serving size!! Worst IHOP I've ever been too. I only go our of convenience of my job.

The service was very very poor our waitress looked and sounded like she was very high the people that were the host there atitudes we're nasty my food was cold and they threw my plate of food at me I will not refer them

It didn't go well, I don't know, but I ordered a half-cooked t-bon steak and they brought it very cooked. I asked the waitress that this is not what I ordered, and I took it and there it comes with the same t-bon but already well toasted and she I say that it is not what I ordered and he apologizes and says I already told the cook but he did not understand and finally he brings it after my company finished eating and it is better but I think that the cook does not know the terms to follow the broccoli is As it was damaged it had little black things I told the waitress and she said that the cook said that this is normal but she said well if you don't like it I will change it and if I asked for better green beans and for this I ended up upset because the meat is tough and I had dinner very late in the wait I had to drink about 3 glasses of water because of so much waiting ? I think I won't go back only in the mornings the service is better

The worst service, I was waiting 1 hour to be served and when I approached to ask the manager how much longer I have to wait, she came out angrier and ruder to answer that I had to wait 20 more minutes. Lack of respect for people.

Bacon was under cooked, server took it back to the kitchen to have it remade, they threw it in the microwave, burnt it and brought it back out. Super disappointed in this visit.

I was quite disappointed with IHOP. The food was prepared well and the waitress was nice... unfortunately, the meal itself was not as advertised. I was hungry for protein and ordered a "Big steak omlete" ."Big mistake omlete" is more like it. So little steak. Not like the menu picture. It felt like a game of hide and seek where everyone. To top it off, in order to make the omlete appear larger, it was filled with a hash browns, not steak. And served with a side of hashbrowns. Hashbrown overload. I could have gotten an actual steak elsewhere for what I paid for this mistake.- sorry we are out of hot tea... $0.00-sorry excuse for a steak omlete $16.75Tip for the nice young lady ... $3.25.The price of a lesson learned. $20.00

Ordered the jalapeno kick burger. I used to love the burgers here, but the one I received was inedible. No jalapenos, the onions were somehow very hard, the cheese crisp was also too hard to eat. The burger was dry and cold when it was delivered. Disappointing experience.

This is the third time that I have complained that my order has bad melting and I only receive oh, excuse me, the first time my crepes were all oily, the second time my pan cakes were raw and the third time I ordered yebar, they put everything inside what I ordered. When I go home I make a vatillo of what I had ordered. The truth is, I don't recommend this place and if you order to go, I advise you to check your order before leaving.
