Lakeshore quality has gone way down. $1000.00+ kitchens should last more than 3 years. Our old kitchens from Lakeshore lasted over 10 years and were in great shape, just had paint fading. Couches rip after a year.

Great staff. They assembled a white board stand for me to see if it was the size I was looking for. They then helped out it in my car.
They also have kids activities which is a lot of fun

Vernesa and Nathan let us stay till 730 and we didn’t know they were closed but they care about the customer and what they’re getting for the children’s learning experience.This is an amazing store with committed staff.

FPO and I have been here twice. Both times were for niece/nephew gifts. The store is very clean and well organized. The staff have all been very friendly and helpful. The prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for.

I wanted to inform everyone that store #69 in Merriam, Kansas has provided nothing short of exceptional service. I am opening a daycare center and I came to the Lakeshore store for the very first time and with my one and four year old earlier this week and since then we have been back three times. On my first visit Sandy the store manager allowed me to shop while making me feel comfortable allowing my kids to play. We had fun filling about six carts. Her team Barbara, Renee, Derick and Patty truly went above and beyond. I decided to come back today for the Kids Quest and the entire team was absolutely amazing. They were all so patient with the children and made the activities so fun. I’ve been shopping here since TheBusyToddler let me know about them from Instagram. I’ve come and found things for each of my three girls multiple times. The staff are always so helpful and friendly. Today they went above and beyond and helped my 5 year old feel so special while shopping for her sister. All the things they have are amazing quality and worth every penny. We love it at this store!

Very polite knowledgeable staff, great quality products at reasonable prices, and they have a teacher discount program! Products are much cheaper than Amazon and they are the exact same products! I will definitely be returning! I love this store!
