Two words SEA SALT #7! I have found this has been my favorite scent by far, it has beaten any scent I’ve ever owned or worn. Everyone always asks what perfume I wear and they think I’m crazy when I say you can only go to this one site to get it, but sure enough they always write it down. I’m sad it hasn’t been brought back as a perfume but happy it can still be used in the other products like the candles, room spray, oil, diffusers. You name it I own it. I don’t know what it is about this scent but I live by it.

We are repeat customer, and love the products but something has happened with this company since September 2019. Customer service was unable/unwilling to provide shipping information on my last order...4 emails and 3 phone calls later they finally provided a tracking number that said the order had been delivered 10 weeks ago....never received the delivery so now I am out $100 and now don’t have Christmas gifts I was planning on. Sure hope they get their act together, used to be a great company to deal with. Until then “buyer beware!”

Have ordered from this company thru Jill many times in the past 4 years but in the past month I have tried 3 e-mails and 4 phone calls on my most recent order but I have very little confidence that I'll ever see my products. There has been a change in owners or at least one owner has left and now it seems to be very disorganized. We have ordered several hundred dollars worth of products in the past 4 years and the current staff could find zero record of our account. We are not a store, just private folks wanting to buy more products. We tried to buy from the web site but it was so messed up (I have a user name and password too) there was no way to order the simple shea butter we wanted. The web site takes you in circles. We would love to keep buying from them but they are making the process like pulling teeth.

Called on Monday & received the products Thursday. One item was on back order & they replaced with a larger size (same scent) at no additional cost. Thanks so much!

The order and shipping process is not effective or efficient. The customer service is not helpful when contacted. They do not respond to messages left via phone and did not send confirmation in regards to order, shipping and tracking via email. I will not ever order from this business again. Contacted owner via email and left a lengthy email in regards to my experience and owners email back to me was very short only addressing third party carrier shipping issues and didnt even acknowledge her company for other concerns addressed of having had zero correspondence via order or lack of return calls in regards to concern for order details.

I would give this place a 0 star if possible..they are lying to their customers about delivery delays...the whole front office walked out of the place 2 weeks ago and they dont know their fanny from a whole in the ground..very messed up place to work for sure..

I got a free sample at ladies night at ranch mart ace hardware and I love it! Black pepper is awesome. Will buy more- for myself and gifts. Thank you!
