I went in a Merriam location to have an outdoor sign made!!. Evidently they don’t do this anymore. I was not able to do it online because the website didn’t work and I had one of the rudest ladies ever waiting on me. There was nobody in the store. It’s no wonder you’re going to go out of business just like your other locations. It’s really too bad. When your website is not down, you would think he would be more than welcome to help a customer, but evidently not.

Had to stop here to have some copies done and a few papers faxed. The service was impressive to say the least. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Sometimes these places treat you as if you work there and know how everything works. I had questions and they were answered well. I was shown how to operate the equipment and how to pay. Good job staff
