I have to write a review about our trainer at this PetSmart, Jennifer. I truly don't have enough good things to say about her and her class. She is so professional, concise, and organized. Every class felt useful and our rescue dog has shown great improvement in just 6 weeks of training! If you're looking for a productive, yet still affordable, training class for your dog, I can't recommend Jennifer enough!! I have no doubt we'll be back for a class in the future, so long as Jennifer is still at this location!!

Came here with my son to get a fish and look at adapting a guinea pig. I asked to hold a guinea pig. They said they didn’t have the employee here to hold them. Then the cashier went on to ask me questions like do I even have an enclosure for it. I said yes I was planning on buying it there. She just was very rude about it and they seem to be understaffed. We will not be paying a guinea pig or fish from here. Adopting a pet should be a magical experience. I don’t know why they would be so cynical to assume I wouldn’t get a cage? Bizarre.

Fatima is the BEST dog groomer in the KC metro! Do not ever hesitate to schedule with Fatima at the Petsmart In Merriam, KS. You will not be disappointed! An easy 5-Star service and groom for your dog every time you schedule with her!! Thank you Fatima for making the dogs look amazing every time they leave the salon!

Fatima did a wonderful job on Lilly. She was a mess going in, but adorable when done. Fatima genuinely cares about making the experience positive.
All of the other groomers were friendly as well. I scheduled Lilly’s next groom before I left.

My Yorkie, Baxter, has been going to Kayla at this location for a little over a year now and he always comes back looking good and smelling great! Baxter has sensitive skin in his advanced age and Kayla is always sure to use the best products which are stocked by the grooming salon. I recommend both this salon and Kayla as a pet groomer.

This review is strictly for Bri B. the best groomer there!
She is so sweet, kind, patient and always goes above and beyond to make sure my dogs look great! She originally started with my GSD who tolerates being groomed, but isn't a fan. He gets so EXCITED to see Bri that he pulls to get in and knows where we are when we pull up. My big guy trusts her, so of course I brought my newest puppy in. She's a tough little Daschund, and hates her feet done even though I do my best to desensitize at home. Bri is soooo patient with her and still manages to get her feet done every time! Now both my dogs get excited to see her!

Great! They have these great kits for fish tanks that make it easy to get your kid set up with their first pet. The staff is also extremely knowledgeable when it comes to substituting certain dog foods for other certain dog foods. They also carry goldfish and koi for ponds! I go here to stock my pond every year.

Rude “management”. Groomers do a great job, but I’ve been taking my pet elsewhere because I’d rather not deal with, let alone pay for, aggressive, dismissive, and condescending attitudes toward customers.

Will never bring my dog back here or shop here again. Refused to cut my dogs nails multiple times and were not able to give me a reason that made sense. First it was I need a paper copy of his rabies vaccine, so I brought that in, then the paper copy wasn’t “good enough”? And they continued to tell me they couldn’t cut his nails without “legit proof”…. I’m not sure how much more legit you can get than the original paper copy directly from the Vet themselves… but okay? If you don’t want to cut my German shepherd’s nails just tell me that instead of giving me this ridiculous run around about “proper documentation”. The young girls in the grooming center are all awful, rude, and not helpful what so ever. I recommend Go Pet Go down the street on Johnson Drive, they’re amazing and it’s so easy!! Cheaper too
