Ashley and Shari are rockstars!!! They were informative and knowledgeable about the lease process. I highly recommend them.
Update, Went back next day to put some items in in my unit and I had a question, so I went to office. Melissa is a Rockstar too! Id literally give public storage a 10 star rating if I could.

Manager does not hang out in office during open hours when trying to call and get ahold of her for multiple days she ignores the calls. When we went up there and she saw us she got in her car and left while we were trying to wave her at 2pm so well past lunch and before close soo yeah id avoid this place.

Marcia was a great help. She explained why my rent was $50. I didn't know i had insurance but I will be looking into getting renters insurance. She is so knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to help.

Marcia is always in the office when I need her I went by her location on 63rd today and she was not there. Something told me to come to frontage and she was smiling brightly in the office just as sweet as can be. She is always patient and willing to help. Hopefully she can help me get a bigger unit so me and my sister can stop paying so much.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I have been renting out a storage unit from December of last year up until this year in May. I got behind literally just for the month of May was having complications with my pregnancy and missed a lot of work being in and out of the hospital. I’ve called left messages to let them know what was going on and no one never returned my calls except to press me about paying. I had surgery last Monday I miscarried. They decided to cut the locks off my storage unit at the time was only 20 days behind I was going to pay them this week when I got paid but told them I no longer wanted the unit due to them putting my things at risk and hounding me about money and we are still in the month of May. They are unprofessional, no one is ever in office and no one ever picks up the phone. I had an appointment to get the last of my things only to find my boxes open and my stuff rummaged through. If I ever move again this place will NEVER get my service again. This is the worst place I’ve EVER used for storage and will never use them again.

A 10/10 experience!! I have never rented storage and I prefer to talk to real person (not all online). Wow, Melissa made it SO easy - she was polite, efficient and very customer-focused. I ended up NOT needing the space and she made the exit process simple and stress-free (even though I was no longer a customer). THANKS!
