Trevon Swearinger and Tanner Graf. They were amazing. They made sure that we walked away with the car. We sat there from 1030AM till 6:00PM. We test drove many of cars and we finally found the one they made sure they got our car payment right where we needed it with no hesitation even through their busy day. They were amazing thank you Tanner and thank you Trevon for all you did for us.

Run, do not walk away from Shawnee Mission Kia. Brought my car in for some regular service, and told them my radiator fan was making a funny noise. This was before 60,000 miles. They assured me that nothing was wrong with it. Fan ends up going out at about 66000. I should’ve pressed harder but I didn’t then they wouldn’t cover it under warranty and wanted $1800 to fix it. I contacted Kia customer support at their corporate office. They indicated that they thought the dealership should fix it., But the dealership still refused. Poor communication, poor customer service skills. Waited to talk to the manager she would never come out to speak with me, Angela is her name.. Between myself and my family, we have either bought or leased about 12 vehicles here. Very disappointing. We will never give them business of any kind again moving forward. They could really use some major restructuring and professional development in customer service. The people working, there are not honest or trustworthy in my opinion and experience

My salesman was great he took the time to listen to what I wanted for a car and pricing and payment. He took the time to update me and give me options. Paperwork was upfront and no hidden costs. Very fast and easy process. Thanks Marvin

Service appointment at 9:30. The car doesn't go into shop until 10:15. I'm waiting and waiting. So why did they schedule me for 9:30???? Really?

I have been coming to Shawnee Mission Kia for over 10 years when I first started going there I always dealt with the same service guy, he was awesome, but I believe he left because he was not happy with Kia, since he left I have seen so many different service people, never the same person was there, even seen so many service managers come and go, the service has really gone down, on my appointment yesterday I ask for the washer fluid to be checked, all they did was check the reservoir did not check to see why I was not getting the fluid on the window, that was the whole reason I told them about it, also they put my front wipers on the opposite sides, really disappointed, now I still need my washer fluid checked to see what the problem is, don’t know when I would have the time or the money, really disappointed on how much it has changed for the worse

I would rate a zero or negative if I could. the last 3 times I’ve taken my vehicle in, there has been an issue soon afterwards. the first time, the oil drain plug was not fully tightened and oil was leaking post oil change. The second time was again for an oil change and shortly after the oil change, an oil warning light came requiring me to take it back in to see why this was so. Turns out an internal part of the engine coincidentally failed right after the oil change. They quoted me over $2200 plus taxes and shop fees to fix. After I got home, I went out to drive my vehicle later that night and noticed a 6 inch crack in the windshield (with a clear point of impact from which it was spreading from). This continued to spread in the following days to over 14 inches. After a week of attempting to contact upper management (several messages with other staff who assured they would pass along the message along with voicemails left), I was told Shawnee Mission Kia service was not at fault and these were purely coincidence…I’ll let you decide based on the details and timing here. Long story short, I wouldn’t trust them with a Matchbox car let alone my vehicle and hope to save some others from having to go through this.
On a final and side note, I called another Kia dealership in the area and was quoted just around $1000 for that same $2200 repair this dealership was quoting. This isn’t the first time they have been drastically inflated for an identical part/repair at another Kia dealership.
