Regular business hours. Drive thru is closed... Which I thought was odd it's not a holiday. I walk in and there's only ONE person working the counter and working with any customer. Another employee is packed up and leaving I assume for a break... Which like there's no staff here... This place is always understaffed.

Nobody at this branch can give you the correct information to open a business checking account let alone a not-for-profit. Threatened to close my packs account because they couldn't tell me what paperwork they needed after I called and asked, met with Cody and he didn't know then met with Isaac and now corporate calls to tell me they don't have the right paperwork and will close the account if not provided. I get to pay for their mistakes. Don't bother with this branch.

Wrost branch i have ever visited. Just to open an business account they took more than a month and still saying we are working on it. Just to open an account more than a month ridiculous

Had a great experience very friendly tellers, I do a lot of banking here. This is the closest one to my house but I've experienced in other locations as well. They take care of me right away, no better way to say it, you bank here, it's like your family.

I scheduled an appointment in advance to meet with a banker at 12:30 for what I thought would be a 10-minute transaction over my lunch hour. When I arrived the door was locked with a sign saying the lobby was open by appointment only. I called the branch but no one answered. I then drove around to the drive thru but the line was at least six cars deep. After spending 15 minutes standing outside (in full view of the multiple employees inside) on the phone with the 1-800 number (they also tried calling the branch and got no answer) someone finally came to the door for another client who had waited in the drive thru line. I was let in and then spent another 15 minutes waiting. At least 3 people were sitting at desks and only one person was assisting customers. The banker I met with was very helpful, but was extremely busy since she was the only one handling several customers. The whole experience was unprofessional and it took nearly an hour for me to take care of a simple transaction that should have taken 10 minutes.

Don’t stop here if you need to use the ATM. I’m not sure it has ever worked when I have stopped by.

People are nice, but US Bank has really gone downhill in the past few years. I have a business account, personal account and credit card. The ATMs are often out of service in the communication is ridiculously poor. It’s a shame because US Bank used to be a premier bank and now it seems like they do not care.

Always understaffed (management's fault), drive-up ATM is FREQUENTLY out of service, long wait times, occasionally closed during normal business hours with no warning...don't bother even attempting to do your banking at this branch, it's not worth the frustration.

This branch is one of the worst in all of KC. Lady named Soledad was very rude to me. Also, they're always short staffed and busy. I'm gonna find a different branch to bank at.

I had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with Kelsey to close out my account. Due to fraudulent charges my account became overdrawn and they said the best thing to do would be close the account. I paid almost $300 to fix the account and close it. Kelsey said there was nothing she could give me to prove it was resolved. And today I see why. My account is still showing open and negative and they aren’t showing my deposit! I filed an official complaint with their corporate office but nothing has been resolved! Can’t wait to see how many overdraft fees they try to charge me! Been dealing with this for two days now.. and tomorrow will be 3!

I have banked with this bank for YEARS. Went to the ATM to put some money into my checking account and the ATM took my card for NO reason. Called customer service they couldnt do anything about it. Pretty pointless to have a customer service if its useless in the first place. I get paid tomorrow and have bills to pay and have to work so now I am in a horrible dpot over THE ATM being messed up. For sure switxhing banks. So dissapointed.

Unfortunately i have to bank with the bank for work. Im about ready to close my personal account with the bank. Teller doesnt even greet people when they start you transaction thur the drive thur. I understand they busy line is long been sitting here for 30 minutes.

Pre-covid I was going in on Saturdays every 2-3 weeks. Everyone was courteous and professional.
