This pharmacy used to have wonderful staff. Some of the good ones are still there. I had an incident where my medicine was stolen out of my car. The woman pharmacist and elderly pharmacy tech berated me for abusing medication even though I had a police report and permission to get the stolen meds filled.Dont call me a drug abuser when I followed proper protocol because that's not professional. Then the elderly tech jumped through the window to try to hit me. So of course during all this abusive behavior from them. I started cussing. The pharmacist and tech are judgemental and horrible people. I will never return there again. Maybe have better management and get the decent pharmacist back.

I don't know what all these bad reviews are about! I guess maybe people only feel the need to review someplace or somebody when they've had a problem and not when they didn't? Or, just maybe, there's more to these stories, 2 sides to everything... Anyway, my fiance and I have gone twice now to load money into my paypal account. Both times, the cashier had to manager had to be called. The first time, we're thinking, oh great, all the reviews say this is not going to be a nice experience. Um, no issue whatsoever - in fact, Tanika was one of the nicest, most pleasant customer service associates we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, both times. She was friendly, funny, and not in the least bit rude. She remembered me the second time, and we joked about the first time. Anyone who has worked customer service knows that sometimes people blend together, so I feel as though this speaks to her caring attitude in itself. We also witnessed her be just as pleasant to another customer who interrupted our transaction, asking for help with his passport photo. She even kindly and pleasantly called another worker over to get him helped while helping us. The other associates (who are apparently unable to help with that particular type of transaction and had to call her, btw, in case this is the reason you're going to Walgreens, be prepared to have to wait for a manager, although, we didnt wait more than maybe 2 minutes either time and it costs $3.95 here) were also had pleasant attitudes and were ready to help. I'd go this Walgreens, AND deal with Tanika, any day!

Went to get pain meds and they said they won't be able to because they're on break. Cool I completely understand but why can't you get the meds and match the time of your break and extend it for a longer break? Like I understand if it's normal message but it's pain meds come on now. This place has been pretty bad about customer help but this one was it. Definitely wouldn't recommend

Never returning to this store. Wasted HOURS of my night dealing with the rudest person I have ever met in my entire life- shift manager ‘Tanika’. Thanks to George and Ari for being the only kind, apologetic and helpful people in the store.

I have shopped here for many, many years and consider this my "go-to" place for everything I need between bigger shopping expeditions. The staff are so helpful and friendly that i always feel at home there. Even when they hire new young people to add to their crew, that same pleasant atmosphere is maintained. A special person there to me has always been Tanika with whom I--and I know many others-- have a special bond. She is always there for the customers to check them out, find them a product, or offer an empathetic ear. Growing up, my kids used to joke that in our house, Walgreens was Santa Claus!

The Pharmacy manager Steve just called me explaining that they were canceling my prescription. Naturally I had questions and after each question I received an exceptionally condescending response after which he hung up mid call.

When I entered this Walgreens, I had the exact item picture and I tried asking a employee about where it was. She was incredibly rude and obnoxious, after showing her the exact item - she acted as if I didn’t know what I was looking for and lead me to the wrong thing. Incredible, they should at least know how to act when I try asking for help.

The pharmacist named Silus is just flat out rude and has absolutely no idea how to talk to customers. I’ve had several confusing and maddening conversations with him where I have to ask lots of questions to try and decipher his “explanations.” He gaslighted me the last time and then hung up on me.So, I called back and asked for the store manager. The mgr-on-duty (ie, assistant mgr), Paula, gets on the phone and then SHE starts lying to me about who she is and what she can do about Rude Silus. To top it off, she refused to tell me who the actual store manager was until I started getting upset.Since this all just happened recently, I haven’t spoken to the store mgr, Chris, yet but fingers crossed he has enough sense to get rid of these 2 and hire people with integrity and customer service skills.

It says online they do blood pressure checks. They don't. But they sell blood pressure devices for $50+. Had to call around until i found a free one to use nearby. Why even advertise you do this? stupid.

Manager need to retired!I took a copper fit ice plantar fasciitis to the cashier, on the shelf said $9.99 but I paid $14.99 + tax. Not a big deal. I told the cashier it said $9.99 on the shelf, she went to check, came back confirming the price ($9.99) so she called the manager to fix it.I don’t want to sound offensive but there she came this old lady, looking like “here we go, I don’t wanna be in this place”. Bad actitud, very rude.She told me first they charge me right ($14.99), the cashier explained to her in the shelf said $9.99 but she didn’t let her finish and said here in the box said $12.99, then I said well your are scamming people because you charge me $14,99.So be aware because they have 3 prices for 1 item.She didn’t apologize or do anything to make a customer feel better. I just told her to retuned my money, I’ll take my money somewhere else.No the first time I have this event with the same manager.
