Please update the hours we went to go get snacks at 11:10 and they proceeded to tell us it was closed 50 minutes early According to there hours we also tried to get takeout and they told us they stopped serving pizza after 10:50 I might be going crazy but they're times seem to be off according to this

this place is gross. poor enforcement of hair nets, gloves, and masks, even when government and company mandated. the standard of hygiene is on the floor (next to the dust bunnies and old pieces of food)

I rated Casey's one star solely because they were getting rid of their sandwiches.Y'all listened and the local Casey's is keeping their subs and in turn my business. Way to turn my frown upside down Casey's!

Need to update your hours. I got up early Sunday morning so I could get doughnuts and they were not open when they their website said they were. How hard is it to display the right hours? Figure it out people!! Nobody wants to get up early and find out the website lied about their hours. It says they are open at 5 am. I'm still sitting here after 6 am and nobody has opened the freaking store!!

I ordered a pizza from this location and was extremely unhappy. They had flies flying all around the kitchen. When asked to clean their cutting board and knife they wiped it off with a towel that flies were also flying all over. I was disgusted. As if the kitchen staff could not see the 10 or more flies flying around the kitchen where they were preparing food. Utterly disgusting. Not to mention the pizza had hardly any meat. Also. Our pizza was picked up after the pick up time. So so so disappointed

1 time, it's a goof. 2nd time, ok, it sucks, but stuff happens.. 3rd time, in a row, that's a pattern.. I like sandwiches, everyone does.. everyone has been to subways.. Its a pretty simple concept. Casey's has taken on this same strategy, but has failed utterly, at least the one in Minneapolis, Ks, has. I have placed my last three orders via phone call, for pick up upon arrival. All three times, I have come to pick up, about 30 mins after the order... all 3 times I ended up waiting for my sandwiches another half hour. Not ONLY that, but all three times, they messed up the order. Now I'm no genius, but I hope through my review, most will realize, I'm not incompetent in the art of conveying my opinion. This, more then likely, can acclimate to ordering a sandwich. There are only so many choices, and it's done in order, written down by an employee of the company. Yet somehow, someway, not only did I have to wait, my order was also completely wrong. We're talking about an Italian sub replacing a steak sub; the wrong bread, untoasted, with unasked for mayo and jalapeños; and an Italian sub toasted with Italian dressing, replaced with an Italian sub untoasted with mayo.. none of them even close.. all three times I went back, and explained the mistake, driving another 40 mins (it's 20 mins from my rural home in the small town of delphos, each way). They replaced the sandwich with the correct one, but each time, giving me an attitude, like I was a (insert expletive here) for even asking respectfully for the correct order. Although the kids taking the orders may be at fault, my opinion is that management is lacking in its ability to follow procedure, respect the customer, and to take pride in their work. Good Management can over come a bad work ethic in their employees, but bad management shows in volumes through their employees. The proof is not just shown through the sandwich shop of this Casey's. I've been given the wrong change several times, have waited in line for well over 15 mins, and was told I couldn't have a service dog in training ( this is what I do for a living) allowed in the store, which was clearly marked via a service vest.. I'm sorry.. never again.. I'll drive the extra 20 mins to Concordia to get gas, or anything else I may need that could be provided by the Casey's in Minneapolis. If you read this, I suggest you do the same.
