Markley Grove Park is an amazing and beautiful park in an oak grove. It is a quiet campground with electrical hookups available for $10 a night. The park has a large playground, a community swimming pool, restrooms, and a great walking trail around the perimeter. There is a building with a fire pit, which is used for family get-togethers and seasonal events like Christmas. It is a great place to spend the day or enjoy a very enjoyable week of camping under huge trees.
This park is hidden gem! We stopped and swam then grilled out hamburgers at the park’s grill. We walked the beautiful trail around the park for a perfect evening! Kansas does their parks right!!

I love the Ottawa County fair grounds during the fair public can walk around and look at the amazing animals all the 4-H kids worked with. I really enjoy showing at this fair during the evening there are always enough entertainment. 🫶🏻

My favorite park within 30 minutes of me. So much shade. This place is huge, it's beautiful. Tons of sections and equipment to play on. My favorite might be that I can swing at the same time with the baby because of the joined swing. There is a walking trail, too!
