“Made a great decision by choosing “ the falls “ as my new home. Everyone at the front office were great through the entire process. Ritchie was awesome showing us around during our hunt. Maintenance are all friendly and go above and beyond when something needs attention. Overall I would definitely reconnect “ the falls “ for your next move!”

“Such a wonderful apartment complex! I lived there under old management and when new management took over, and I gotta say the new management is stellar. I noticed how they improved everything and it really made me wish I could stay. They added a cute little dog park, a doggy washing station, Thursday drinks, better doors, instructions on how to get the leasing office, really awesome new blinds in all the apartments, I could go on. I can tell they really care, which I appreciate. Even in one instance where I sent some grumpy emails to April because of some miscommunication on things, April responded back kindly. I can tell they care about the tenants and want to take care of them. That alone is worth living here for. Sad to leave. If you can afford here, I’d say it’s a great place to live!”

“In my attempt to look for a place to live after selling my house, I happened onto two Thousand Oaks Apartments in Shawnee, Kansas. Although my Family decided to set me up a place in their home, Valerie worked effortlessly to get me into what I needed. She had answers for all my questions immediately she’s very knowledgeable in her job. What prompted me to even look at that site was all the very positive reviews that her residence have given pertaining to activities on the property and their living conditions, and Valerie’s great personality. “My husband lives in this apartment for almost 5 years. I just moved last October from Philippines to live with him. The staff has been very friendly and their service is fast when we process the legal terms moving here. Since I lived in a tropical country its not easy to adjust the weather but the apartment gives me warm comfort. Our apartment has a nice view and we are close to a lot of stores.”

“I have been a tenant for over a year. When I first moved in they only had a 1 bed unit available but once a 2 bed opened up they took care of me quickly and easily. Mark, Shane and Kathy are awesome. The units were newly remodeled when I moved in and the few matinee issues were taken care of quickly.”

“I lived at Woodside for almost 3 years and I have nothing bad to say! The location and access to Club Woodside are impossible to beat! Both management and maintenance were always extremely responsive and quick to help with any issues (very rare). It is by far one of the best apartment complexes in the KC area and I'd 100% recommend it to anyone.”

I lived here for about a year while I was attending college. It is a great location tucked in Westport. They maintain everything well and quickly. Every time I've had an issue with my apartment they come fix it within 3 days. The staff are very nice and helped me with every request I had. Apartments are nice, lots of natural light and great AC. Only thing I say is that, its loud at night due to the bars being nearby but if you dont mind that it's a great place.”

“I lived here for a year and I gotta say this place was great. Maintenance was the best I ever have seen at an apartment complex extremely fast. Very quick to reply about any noise complaints as well. Pool is very nice and the dwelo stuff was very convenient. When I moved out they paid the whole deposit back and gave us our prorated rent without hesitation this is unheard of for me in a complex they usually try and nickel and dime you on the way out. If i had to list some negatives the gym needs new equipment the parking can be tough to find a spot and neighbors can be noisy and barking dogs you can hear through the walls. But the staff was always taking my noise complaints very seriously and responded very quick. So why did I move out the rent was raised significantly after 1 year and I would not be able to afford the payments anymore. But if you have the income this place is a great choice.”
“Amazing views at one of the tallest residential buildings in the KC Metro area with the highest rooftop pool. I love being able to walk across to concerts just minutes before the show starts. Convenient transit locations to the greater KC area. Great provenance to say you live in a building by the same architect who designed the well-known Gulf+Western Building located at Columbus Circle, NYC.”

“Not sure how this hotel only has three stars on yelp. Well... I get it. People want to complain that the elevators and the rooms are small. The hotel was built in the early 1900s. Large rooms and large elevators weren't a thing back then. They have a regular sized elevator too.... anyway, our stay in Kansas City was great. Next time we go back, this will be where we stay. I'm terrible with names, so I hope I remembered it right, Candace at check in was great. She was very nice. Explained where things were in the hotel and how valet worked, and even gave us a complimentary glass of champagne. The best part was, we asked where a good place to eat would be... well instead of just rambling off a place to eat , she pulled out a list of places that she made on her own. We really appreciated that. The room was great. My wife and I fit perfectly. Enough room for both of our big suitcases, a nice desk to sit at, a decent TV, a nice bathroom with a great shower head. The bed was top notch. Our goal was to get up early and get on with the day and stay out all night having fun... but we found it hard to leave the bed at times. It was just so dang comfy. Great hotel and great people. Fantastic location as well. And decent rates. Oh yeah.... GO CHIEFS”
“I recently moved back into the area from Oregon. I looked at several properties and Henry and the staff at Mission 106 made my decision very easy. Very professional, they follow through on what the tell you and the maintenance team is very responsive.
The property is stunning with so many restaurants, etc within walking distance. A great place to call home.”
“I have lived in the community for 6 years and there have been many office staff in this time. I am happy to talk to Heather, I am also happy to talk to Cheyenne. The community feels like home and they made me feel like they care. It has been hard after my divorce to get ahead and they both offered me resources so that I can get back on track and last week the maintenance guys stopped to help me when they seen I was cleaning around my home. I am very happy now. My neighbor has always had a messy yard and they are cleaning the construction stuff that had been there for years. This place is getting better and better. If you want to feel somewhere that you feel like a community this is the place to be. One of the most affordable ways of living. In Johnson County.”
