I chose to switch to Arvest back in 2018 for both my personal and my own business transactions. Whenever I had any issues, this branch has always resolved them or at least got me an explanation to the problem I was experiencing at the time. For simplistic personal and business checking solutions with inclusive money-saving perks, I would recommend Arvest Bank.

Horrible customer service. They closed my account and would not let me reopen it because of one returned check that I couldn't control. Inexcusable!!!

Don't work with Rod Lester. He doesn't respond or follow through. I would advise going anywhere else, just not Rod or Arvest in gemeral.

This mortgage Company has terrible corporate culture. Rob Walker the mortgage officer using over two months extending three times still not able to close. I lost $20,000 income because of his fault. He does things over his own convenient instead of customers benefit. He will use weather or repair as excuses. Come on no one use two months to close any deals no one have to extend three times to close any deal.Rob Walker will be your bad luck.

The construction loan department treats their builders like a number. It’s like pulling teeth to get money released. Many excuses were made as to why the process was so painful. During middle of the build I was told each draw must be submitted to a local branch. I could no longer email my draw requests to this branch for approval. I would have to take a physical copy of my draw request and have a currier service take my docs to the Nall location. Just simply bad business. I was treated like I didn’t matter to them, not one bit. When I build more homes I won’t be using arvest bank!

We have been customers of Arvest for over 7 years. We have always had great customer service! Their fees are very fair along with very competitive interest rates. BUT today Eric Clemenson (Senior Vice President Commercial Relationship Manager) helped change many lives. He went above and beyond to help me complete and submit time-sensitive loan documents to keep my healthcare practice running during COVID-19. His expediency was truly unbelievable AND he worked on this many hours past "office hours". He actually cared.... in doing so he helped 4 employees, their families and 100's of patients. Thank you Eric! Your service wasn't great, it was excellent!

My company has been banking with Arvest for several years now, including a commercial line of credit and a commercial loan. I couldn't be more pleased with the service and friendliness of the bank officers and staff.

called customer service before making the trip to the bank. Was told I only need my valid ID and the tax # for my company in order to turn a personal check written to my business into cash. WRONG! Went to the bank, wasted an hour, NO CASH! Their customer service is worthless.
