They will treat you like a shit if you Hispanic and your ID is a passport.
Manager turn rude when she saw my passport.
So i immediately close all my accounts with them Arvest Bank are great!!!

I came to this bank today and the experience was more than good, first I was attended to by Trae, a very kind person, then the person in charge of the mission was Jenny Santiago. Please, if you come here, look for them, they are super attentive ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sat in line to use the atm but it was magically out of service when I got up to it. But it worked for the 3 cars in front of me. Will never visit this location again and am staying to consider using another bank

I had the BEST experience ever at this location. I made an online appt for a notary. The manager was fabulous & they made copies of my documents for me so I could go straight to the Post Office to mail the originals. Best customer service ever at this small branch.

It has been frustrating trying to find a branch that is open nowadays in my area, but I'm too aware of the unique challenges posed by COVID to be overly frustrated by it. That being said, I have had good experiences at this branch each time I have gone. I've been helping my mother with transitioning into long-term care and I've had to come here many times to get documents or financials transactions taken care of that I could not get done online. Each time they have been very patient and helpful. Yes, sometimes I have to wait a bit, but whatever, that's just the time we're in. I'm blessed this branch is even open when it is as it is much closer than others.

Recently on October 4th, i attempted to make a $400 deposit in my checking account and to my surprise the ATM in front of the establishment wouldn't allow me to insert my debit card so i tried using the drive through ATM and although my card was accepted, the machine indicated that it wasn't accepting my deposit. Suddenly my monthly effort and trajectory to build up my account was unsuccessful. In addition, i want to establish a 20k CD, a business credit card, and business checking account as well but unfortunately this branch which happens to be close to my office is never open.

They have never been very friendly here - now they aren't even open - the sign on the door states their hours So I made another trip during those hours - still not open. What a waste of my time. Going to another bank.

What a worthless excuse for a branch. It’s a rare day that I actually need to go inside the bank. But when I do it’s the most inconvenient thing ever. I’ve always thought it was odd that they closed each day before most people got off work. But now they are only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11-4. With that level of service I might as well just use an online only bank. Final kick in the pants to change banks.

I've been banking with BOA since 1996 (which is honestly out of laziness, I truly want to switch banks) and I've been a customer of this branch since 1999 because of convenience. This branch is a nightmare. My husband and I do all our transactions online specifically because this location is so terrible. I don't recommend this location.
