Went to get cash from the ATM and they literally had old torn money come out from it. Horrible representation and lazy crew.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They made a transaction for my elderly mother (who unexpectedly ended up in a nursing facility) the most difficult they could. The manager was extremely rude to another family member and basically said if we can't bring my mother to them then we would be out of luck. Had we known my mother was going to end up in a nursing facility we would have handled this previously. They were the only financial institution we had issues with. We will be pulling all my mother's funds from this bank as soon as possible. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Waited for 45 minutes today in the lobby while they continued to help people in the drive through. Terrible service will not be coming back.

The customer service at the 6263 Nall Ave branch in Shawnee Mission is horrible. They’ve been through a number of managers and the one employed now should be fired. She may be the rudest person I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with. She asked me at least 10 different questions to verify my identity including my entire social security number. She then decided to hang up on me. Her behavior was that of a toddler.

Wow.. sat there a while to cash my paycheck and no one would answer. So, decide to go to the lobby and their lobby is closed. Thank God I don't bank here and will never bank here.

I hate calling customer service when a issue arises with my account , because they can rarely solve the problem . With that said I always get my problem solved when I call a branch . Today this branch solved my problem when no one else could , I'm extremely appreciative of their intelligence and resolution.

So you charge me a stupid fee but tell me it will be removed when I call the branch. However, you don't actually remove the fee, and when I call ask why, you tell me you changed your mind but couldn't find my "information" to tell me, which allowed you to then charge me additional fees because I didn't pay the fee to pay told me would be refunded. Really? So glad I don't bank with you anymore. Hope you go out of business.

The mission office is the best location Kenny there so professional customer service was amazing everybody at this location is always helpful thank you all at Bank of the west!

I usually enter the bank when I come to this location and I cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful these employees are. They have consistently been willing and able to go out of their way to get the job done. I drive to this location because of that.
