The staff is friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure even first-time shooters feel comfortable and learn the basics of safely handling and shooting firearms. Customers praise the welcoming atmosphere, with one reviewer describing it as a "very welcoming environment." The staff is consistently described as "helpful and friendly," providing excellent customer service. However, some have noted that the range area can be a bit cold, though they do have a heater to help mitigate this. The on-site gunsmith, Greg Langner, has also received high praise for his expertise and professionalism, with one customer stating they would recommend his services to anyone. Overall, The Bullet Hole provides a safe, enjoyable, and well-equipped facility for both experienced and novice shooters, with a knowledgeable and friendly staff that goes the extra mile to ensure a positive experience for all.
