“I have worked with Cassondra several times and today Daron as well. Both did great!! I personally love going to this car wash because they wipe down the front and rear of my SUV as it rolls into the wash where it is the hardest for auto washes to clean very well. They will also spray off my Rubbermaid floor mats if I take them up there for them to do when I pull into the vacuum stations. LOVE that!
My only complaint I could have is. I’ve not had time to vacuum when I washed in the past. And you can’t get into just vacuum when you aren’t washing at that time. But I am sure if I asked someone they would let me pasted the cones blocking non members from just using the vacuums. Which I understand because I know how badly they are abused.”
“When we bought our daughter's car, the dealership assured us that the cigarette smoke smell would fade since they treated it with ozone. We even Had it detailed twice. Nearly a year later, she still came into the house smelling like cigarette smoke. She was embarrassed to give her friends rides. After Shamerrific Shine serviced it, it smells amazing! She's not embarrassed anymore! They did an excellent job!”

“This is a really great car wash! Locally owned, all the bells and whistles to really detail your car (glass cleaner, microfiber clothes, airgun to get the water out of the little nooks and crannies, great vacuums all right within reach. Very courteous staff. My car looks amazing. Oh, and you can get a coupon for a free wash!! None better.”
“I have the monthly plan to go X amount of times. It’s convenient, has vacuums & towels to dry off your wheels/car/interior (by the car wash entrance, with rock on top to hold towels down)

“I had a coupon for their most expensive wash. While the lady was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly, I don't think the wash was worth it. I still had bug guts on my vehicle, and the wheel shine only hit half of each tire. A plus is they offer free slef-serve vacuuming. But at least I didn't have to pay for it!”

When I pulled up and saw it sitting there, I was amazed at how it looked!!! When I opened the door I was AMAZED how clean it was!! Stains gone and everything so clean and smelled fantastic!! I recently visited a car wash that totally blew me away! The machine was top-notch and the facilities were incredibly clean. Plus, they offered a free vacuum, which was a really nice touch. What really stood out to me, though, was how easy the machine was to use. I was able to get my car sparkling clean in no time, and the price was super reasonable. The car wash was also in a really convenient location, making it easy to stop by on my way home from work. If you're in the area and looking for a reliable car wash, I'd definitely recommend checking this place out.”
“Came in to OP location after a drive back from St Louis. Wind shield did not get clean as I must have drove through something that caused extra an extra sticky film. Ben Godoy the manager went above and beyond to help get the extra off by personally scrubbing & wiping it down. Very satisfied first time customer!”

“Honestly it's a good car wash and one of the few on this side of town. It would have been better if the dude who was supposed to provide my diamond service pre-soak and wash and rim wash at the end wasn't on his phone the entire time ignoring the fact that I was even there. I normally tip these kinds of guys that guy is never going to go sit for me. I'll go back but mostly out of convenience”
“Came here for there Tuesday car was special, which is the VIP car was that's normally $25. On Tuesday's it's $12. Great value, recommend getting your car washed here. There unlimited car wash packages are reasonably priced as well.”

“Pretty good car wash overall if you have a monthly membership which cost me $49 a month for unlimited washes at the ultimate level. Little difficult to get the car in and out of this location but overall it's a good place It will not damage your car if you use it on a regular basis”
“First time using this place. My regular car wash was closed due to cold weather so I was pleased Xcel was open. The place is well maintained and clean. I use the self serve wash bays. Chemicals work well, water was hot and pressure is really good. I was very happy with the way my truck turned out but the price was high; I was there 5 min and it was just under $10. It was really dirty and other washes were closed so it was worth it but I can't make this my regular wash place.”

“My go to place. Close to home, just $7-$8 by Uber. Very clean, the attendant is a sweet elderly lady who is always cleaning, she's got more energy then a lot of younger people. The added plus is that its about a block from Dollar General, perfect if you need detergent, softner, need to check off some stuff from your shopping list or just want to kill some time while the clothes dry. Gasoline station is right there too. Very convenient and different sized washing machines is def a plus!”

“I accidentally signed up for a monthly wash pass but quickly realized the drive was too far to justify it. I reached out to management to explain the honest mistake and requested a refund since I had not used the service at all. They were incredibly understanding, called me directly, and promptly refunded the initial $34 charge. It’s rare to find a business that genuinely works with its customers and shows this level of grace for a simple error. I really appreciate them making things right. Highly recommend!”
