I came in today to use the restroom and look around in cosmetics but couldn’t even finish my trip. There was a huge dead roach and a moving roach in the bathroom. No napkins nor toilet paper. For it to be a nice area the bathroom was in such poor condition.

Warning: HIPAA violation. The pharmacy techs at the cvs on Johnson Drive are extremely unprofessional. They were forcing me to announce my date of birth and personal information before the other person in the front of the line was gone. I finally had to say something. On top of it they yelled out the name of my medication in front of 10 other patients/people. I was so mortified and am beyond embarrassed. I’m switching to Walgreens. As a healthcare worker I know that this is beyond a doubt a gross violation of our privacy. Do not go to the CVS on
Johnson Drive if you value your privacy.

Switched over from walgreens and am highly disappointed. Would not recommend. This one in particular is unorganized and messy and I always have problems with something at the pharmacy because of them not seeing the orders or something else.

Amanda Dunning was the pharmacist on duty at the CVS on Johnson Drive today, April 22nd. She was terrible! Rude and obnoxious. She berated my wife for all to hear. Very condescending. She should find another job....

I was initially hesitant to use this location’s pharmacy based on other reviews, however my experience was quick and efficient. I was in and out in approx. 3 minutes with my meds. Only downside was the drive thru was closed when I arrived around 6:15pm

Opening hours says 8am but I sat outside 15 minutes after 8 and the lady inside is just walking back and forth while customers are outside. I eventually left. Very inconvenient!

Alec in pharmacy is the absolute best. Walked me through a convoluted medication process, helped me get the appropriate syringes and then made sure I knew what to expect when taking the meds. 10/10, no notes.
