Could not have been better. I got a call that they had a cancellation so in I went. Everyone there friendly and professional. Easiest MRI ever. Saved me from having to wait three weeks going elsewhere. Thank you all so much!

Update: As of 2023, I still have my MRIs done here. They always put me at ease, I feel well taken care of, and recommend this facility to everyone :)I've been going here since 2012 for brain MRIs. The first few times I wasn't a fan of due to the technician leaving me in there while she did what she wanted to do. Fortunately, a couple of years ago a new technician was hired and I absolutely adore her. I've been to other facilities in the past, but no one has ever been as kind as she has been to me. I have to take anxiety medication just to get these done, she keeps in touch, and I just feel well taken care of when I'm there.

I was hesitant because of the other reviews that were so negative, but I had no problems at all. Staff was very polite and professional. Ear protection worked just fine. I wasn't all the way in because they just imaged my knee.

I have had several family members get MRIs here. I tell everybody to go because they are easy to get into, you get a live person to talk to you when you call,(not machine or on hold forever) and can get in quickly. It’s the easiest MRI place in town to go to. Five star for sure.

Staff was very nice - however - they have a mask mandate. Unfortunately, I ended up inside the machine with my mask on and just could not breath. Word to the wise - take the mask off before you're pinned inside. Next - they really need to upgrade their earplugs (worthless), the noise from the machine is deafening. Had I known, I would have brought along some wax earplugs. My brother went to a different facility in town and they gave him ear plugs and a noise canceling headset to wear. That would be a significant improvement. Scheduling was great - and technician was very nice.

BEWARE - go somewhere else ANYWHERE ELSE! Very unprofessional nasty staff!. I should’ve known by the janky building, but I thought since it was OP it would be fine. Rude grimy staff with ancient machinery. They hate their jobs and you will pay for it. The radiology tech said since my shoulders are too wide for the machine I should take a Valium and tough it out for an hour! Worst medical experience of my life!!!

Horribly rude staff! From the front desk to the radiology tech they treat you like dirt. Had to go get my mri done at a different facility WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

They don't have a nurse on Saturdays but they get me in don't realize I need one Now I have to go back and pay out of my pocket Because of their mistake

Two md doctors didn’t like the mri so if you want to do over again and pay more out of your own pocket stay away from this place .

I think Cathy and Melissa are some of the nicest, most helpful people I've encountered in healthcare. Making appointments and paperwork is always a cinch and the radiology reports are always quickly written and forwarded to my doctor. I also get a disc of my images to take home for my own records. I drive 30 miles one-way (past many other imaging centers) to this place specifically because of their service and kindness.

Very professional, well staffed and organized facility. I have gone here for over a decade and only recently did I realize how great they are after attempting to get scans done at 2 other establishments. Needless to say, I won't be going to another facility ever again. They also have contracted rates with insurance companies so MRI's and such are much more affordable here.
