Went to store on 2/25l2025. I'm not real tech savvy so I asked the gentleman behind the desk if he could print me 20 copies. Basic copy's black & white. When he finished he changed me $8.40! I didn't think much of it at the time. I called the store and asked why it was so expensive. The man explained there was a $2.50 charged for having them do it! I explained they should have a sign or let me know that before I proceeded. He was rude and wouldn't even answer me. .40 cents per copy is ridiculous! Will not return again. Will tell everyone I know what happened.😡

Ran into a problem putting my order in online so I called the office and the employee Ian was very helpful in guiding me to what to do because the website wasn’t working. Order was quick and affordable and the staff was very nice

I can't rate the company as a whole so I have to trash each of the individual stores. I'm sure there's some lovely people that work here but overall the company is crap and has cost me thousands of dollars in lost product both shipping and receiving, there over the phone customer service is abysmal.

Literally the worst service ever recieved. Arriving at 847 (9pm close) with one package to mail a rep materialized from the back at 856 to say they closed in 4 minutes saying we had to leave. The counter person was with a guest and once finished with them stepped away from the counter to look at his phone. Ignoring us and the guest waiting infront of us. You guys have to leave, we are closed at 858. Asking for scissors to remove our item from the box we packed in in at the store we were told 'just keep it, we are closed.' I wish i could say this was an isolated incident at this location. It's not.

I had taken my printing to moss printing across the street and was horribly disappointed by the owners attitude,poor customer service and a four week wait for a simple postcard. I went to Fed-ex across the road got a very excellent printing job Adam was great, courteous and better yet the job was done fast and was spelled correctly. I've since then had banners printed at Fed-ex excellent customer service great banner! Great job I'll continue to use Fed-ex in Mission !

I needed an email and a bunch of photos printed from an email.
I am not tech savvy, not even remotely. The girl that worked there was very patient.
She printed up everything that I needed and made sure that everything was correct.
People who are tech-savvy are able to print things on their own as well. The store was busy but everybody was helpful and efficient. I would recommend this location.

I asked for signature required for delivery on my package. The clerk didn't add this. As a result, my package was stolen after delivery because it was left in a hallway. I wouldn't use this location again.

Great service and friendly staff! A document was giving me a hard time with printing correctly and Mischael (spelling his name wrong) was so helpful and friendly with making sure my documents printed! I’ll start coming here for services from now on!

Hi everyone,I recently needed a package to be shipped overnight, to reach the next day, to out of state. Someone recommended this particular location to me, as being reliable with their shipping and tracking! I made a note of the tracking number from the bill and searched for it using the online fedex tracking system, and subscribed for updates of my delivery status.For context,I dropped the package off at 1:10 pm at this FedEx and it reached 12:38 pm the next day!I am happy to share that important items will be safely delivered out of this location. Thank you to Terence who took my order and the whole team thereafter who ensured that it reached safely!
