I asked for signature required for delivery on my package. The clerk didn't add this. As a result, my package was stolen after delivery because it was left in a hallway. I wouldn't use this location again.

Great service and friendly staff! A document was giving me a hard time with printing correctly and Mischael (spelling his name wrong) was so helpful and friendly with making sure my documents printed! I’ll start coming here for services from now on!

Hi everyone,I recently needed a package to be shipped overnight, to reach the next day, to out of state. Someone recommended this particular location to me, as being reliable with their shipping and tracking! I made a note of the tracking number from the bill and searched for it using the online fedex tracking system, and subscribed for updates of my delivery status.For context,I dropped the package off at 1:10 pm at this FedEx and it reached 12:38 pm the next day!I am happy to share that important items will be safely delivered out of this location. Thank you to Terence who took my order and the whole team thereafter who ensured that it reached safely!

I wish there was an option to put 0 stars. This is the third time I’ve had a package from fed ex that was delivered to the wrong address. This last time I never received my package, nor could find it and support does not help whatsoever. I had even reconfirmed the address to make sure it would be delivered to the right address. Please do better

This place has really gone downhill. Three weeks ago they delivered a package that was delivered to the wrong address. I called them and someone was suppose to call me to pick it up but nobody has done that and it's been 3 weeks now. It's ok I did your job for you and hand delivered it to them personally. Today I needed a receipt for my package and was told to just go to kiosk. Your not busy but it's ok however I wasn't aware to scan it that it is under the screen. Still ended up having to go to the front desk. Sorry I was such an inconvenience today. I'll go to UPS next time to ship my packages.

I worked with Laura to print some brochures, and when we came across an issue, she helped me resolve it and turned out some beautiful tri-folds for me! It was nice to work with someone who was so kind and solutions-oriented. Good job!

It's fine. It's a FedEx. However sometimes it seems like the FedEx driver comes earlier than the posted pick up time For example, the last pick up is supposed to be at 5pm. I arrived at 430pm and the drop off box says it's already been picked up. A little frustrating when trying to get packages shipped but other than that it's fine.

FedEx on Johnson Drive in Mission is my go-to for copying needs. It is ALWAYS clean, and the staff is ALWAYS friendly.Have I had a few issues trying to do things myself, you bet I have! But, this is a place where they will come out from behind the counter and help you through whatever process it is that you are trying to accomplish.I recommend parking in the back - at the intersection of Johnson and Nall, go south and there will be a stoplight in about another 100 feet. Take a left there and turn left into the parking lot.Oh, and, don't tell anyone, but it's the best place to stop for a quick restroom break. They're at the southernmost part of the store and they are always stocked and clean.This is not my typical FedEx, or the other company in brown shirts, experience, so I wanted to highlight it.

The staff is so rude and less than helpful. I drive out of my way to avoid this store location. Even the manager is rude. Don't go to this store.
