Can’t say enough great things about this store/employees! We had a tire blow on our camper with 8 hours ahead of us before we were home. The old tire wrapped itself around the axel and became lodge. We limped along on our spare to this store and they had the tire we needed. It was almost closing time but Max and Abraham stayed and assisted us. My husband pounded and Max pulled and it finally came off. He then used his speed tools and torque wrench to make sure we were ready for the road. They even gave us a couple bottled waters! We were so thankful and grateful for their kindness and help!

I have a light on my dash that always says my tires are low on air. But I think the light is broken. Anyway, they fill my tires with air whenever I ask, a very friendly place.

Go talk to Miguel! I called a couple hours before coming in to confirm they had trailer tires in stock. Once I came by he quickly replaced all 4 of my trailer tires. Highly recommend Miguel if you're in the area and in need of service.

Came in as soon as they opened for a tire emergency, and they were able to help me out right away. I was impressed by how good the customer service was with how busy their shop gets. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Great people

I learned that Goodyear has corporate locations, and also franchise locations. I purchased a battery from another corporate location roughly three years ago. The battery is going bad, or something else is up with my truck, so I went to this corporate location since it is closest to me asking for help. The woman behind the counter told me they were ‘booked and could not get me in for a week’ instead of offering to help with a semi-urgent, yet easy-diagnosed issue. I had my kids in the car and this literal five minutes task to tell me if the battery were bad or not would have been easy. She could have done it herself if the mechanics were too busy, but nope, didn’t even offer. So ask yourself, do I really want to spend money and trust my vehicle at a place that is unwilling to help in a simple situation? I won’t ever go there again. Customer service sucks in Kansas and people are unwilling to go above and beyond to help people here. Seriously need to up their game. Lazy.

I've been here several times over the years, and doing the right thing is a priority for them. One time, a replacement part didn't fit correctly for my particular vehicle. It took a couple return visits to get it all figured out, but they made sure it was right, even going to the effort of rebuilding the part to work correctly.

It's a sad day in the world, where a business won't even help a woman put her spare tire on her car. I drive a tow truck and got the call and I don't car if there was a man with her I've had changed more spare tires for men than women by at least 75%. You don't know what these people mechanical abilities are some people were never taught and if you don't know best to leave it to a professional! Now because you couldn't do the right thing as a human I have to write this review if I could give no stars I would. Simply ridiculous

My recent visit was a very pleasant experience. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The online appointment setting process isn't great because it is run by corporate so often times the appointment you select online isn't actually available, but the shop called me promptly to find a time that worked best.
