As I progressed, coaching was more tailored to my level and humbling enough to keep my old lady ego in check.Programming was also catered to the days I could go as I have a drive far enough away to not go every day. Fellow athletes are encouraging with humor and gummy bears for all. Great experience so far….”

“Very clean! Amazing seating area.. different set up than most. Handicapped stalls and showers available aswell as glass door showers. It was very clean and everyone was friendly. I’m very impressed.”

“My favorite gym to come to when I’m in the KC area. Everyone is very welcoming, the owners are great and they just expanded so they have ample space. Pro tip: go to UPC coffee after class for coffee and a breakfast burrito. ?”
