“Started with a primal knowledge of lifts & Coach Anna had a skill to motivate & encourage at the level I was at. As I progressed, coaching was more tailored to my level and humbling enough to keep my old lady ego in check.Programming was also catered to the days I could go as I have a drive far enough away to not go every day. Fellow athletes are encouraging with humor and gummy bears for all. Great experience so far….”

“This is my favorite PF location... This exact shift is always all my fave employees... the b.e.autiful blue haired girl (angel in disguise) and the tall gentleman with the man bun... I love their energy I NEVER feel judged around them or ignored when I need help. That's what matters to me. I'm autistic and most interactions publicly are a nightmare for me bc I'm a poor communicator. This is why I love PF... The staff are just kind, smart and understanding. GIVE THEM A RAISE!!!”

“I love this place …! My husband and I have dropped in a handful of times when we’re visiting family and are just blown away with how friendly Jay (the owner) and athletes are. It’s a tight knit community that welcomed in total strangers! You’ll get a great workout in too!! You can tell that the athletes are constantly improving. We brought our baby with too and they were super accommodating. They make the small place work!! If we lived here, we would ABSOLUTELY join.”
