had a good experience buying my truck from OpenSource Auto. I drove a little over an hour to get there, and they even stayed open past their closing time to wait on me so I could check out the truck. Mark was very helpful during the test drive and gave me lots of info about the vehicle. Drake helped me with the paperwork, and the whole buying process was quick and easy was worth the trip down there.

Drake, Mark, and Mike have been very professional and compassionate throughout my journey into a new vehicle. There were some concerns with the first vehicle. As soon as I let them know what the issues were they worked as a team to resolve them and were able to save me over $110 per month in the process. The initial vehicle was pulled aside and I was able to drive one off the lot that is better all around and $3,000 less. I’m very pleased with how accommodating this team has been. I would suggest giving them a chance. I want to give a special shout out to Drake who went above and beyond. Thank you OpenSource Autos! I love my Santa Fe! 😀

This one star review, for Open Source Autos, is a severe disappointment, for my husband and myself ...
Five years, ago---we purchased a perfect car, from this dealer... When looking for an additional truck, naturally---we returned, to a trusted dealer...
We told the young salesman, of wanting to purchase a truck, in November/December of 2025, and we're just looking, at the future expense...
Currently, we were paying off all our bills, and building our credit score...
We received notification, of our credit scores, and the solo source, of the inquiry...
This intrusive, overzealous salesman, ran our credit, through a single source WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION... And, prematurely...
We would have been financed, through Mazuma, as repeat customers... A resource, we mentioned...
The hard inquiry, lowered our credit score, making all of our efforts, moot--for the foreseeable future...
The grasping presumption, of this representative, for Open Source is offensive, intrusive, a revocation of trust, and reinforced the negative image, of car dealerships, in general....and, limited, side-of-the-road dealerships (such as Open Source), in particular....
We will purchase a new truck, this year---but not from a dealership, whose drive for a sale, supercedes the express wishes, of a return customer...

I had a great experience buying my truck. It’s easy to have great service when everything goes right. You can tell how much people care when things go wrong. I had an issue pop up after I bought it that no one could figure out. The Open Source team went out of their way to make it right. They took the time to work through the problem. They were upfront and honest with me the entire time. I’m very happy with how it worked out!

Continuing my review from last week. The second opinion came back with 5k in critical things that need to be replaced on my car. Need a new radiator and Alternator. Cable to the battery is destroyed from corrosion. Not including new brakes that need to be done. Both mechanics said there is so much rust there is no way this wasnt present 12 months ago. Also the battery is over 8 years old and corroded was told i had fairly used tires they are 10 yrs old. A battery that is 7 years old should have been replaced before selling or disclosed. Attached the estimate and Oades Bros had about 7k both said by the time i get done it will cost around 7k to fix and i paid 11k 12 months ago...
Buyer Beware and please have your car inspected by someone else before purchase

Vehicle was as described, no surprises. Transaction was simple and fast for an out of state buyer. Would definitely buy from them again.

They are spamming me like crazy. I have NOT reached out in any way, haven’t gone to their website. They shouldn’t have my info, but somehow they do and now they won’t leave me alone. I block one number, a different one reaches out to me.
