Today, after so much waiting, I managed to find time to go to this store for the FIRST TIME and I am disappointed by several things that happened. I arrived early in the morning. When you enter, none of the girls greet you, much less help you. They ask you what. I was lost because it was my first time visiting them, when I went more or less to look for clothes for myself in the women's section, the girls also arrived and approached the shelves to arrange clothes to change labels with their carts next to them, I actually don't know what they were doing, but I think if we have a client and even more so a new one, then first we must attend or at least let me look for my clothes and after the client finishes then I go to that section and continue with my work but it was super uncomfortable and I had to get away from everywhere because they were there, it was my turn to give them permission, so I couldn't really even choose anything, I speak Spanish and many girls speak it there, I don't understand why they speak to me in English!!! What's your problem ? I saw another girl at the counter, I had to go to Haya and ask her if she could measure my clothes, and she finally answered yes in Spanish, then I got bored, I think it wasn't the time, nor did I see really interesting things about what they publish on their IG I saw clothes that were already very worn out, so in the end I left.

My daughters LOVE this place. We get the best deals on jeans and sweatshirts. T-shirt prices are a little high, but the jeans make it worth it. You just have to search through the massive amounts of clothes.

I used to always sell my clothes here all the time, but this time, they didn’t take anything and a lot of the clothes still have tags on them. Also some of the staff is rude. I never post bad reviews but I was really disappointed in this store. Will not be going back

Staff was friendly, informative and patient. It was my first time selling clothes and I had alot of questions. They were very busy but took time to explain the process. I hope to do business in the future.

Last time I was in, I was sifting through their inventory and I saw a lot of stained clothes on the racks. Like, stained. As in how-could-you-miss-that stained. None of the bottoms ever fit quite right even when its in your size. I guess that's just the whole part of consignment shopping, though - most of it is just poorly made and uncomfortable clothing with odd textures. I think possibly just drop-shipped online buys that folks regret (hey, we've all been there). It's fun picking out the stuff you think will work but then the fun runs out when you're in the dressing room and struggling to fit a thigh into an "XL" skirt's waistband. You'll have a blast if you're an XS. If you're not, you're SOL or awfully limited - so for my budgeting lovelies, skip Plato and try H&M, Target, Ross, and TJ Maxx. Gonna try the OP location with my fingers crossed next time.

The BEST Plato's in the area. I have never sold to them so rating not based off of that. However, everytime I go here I leave happy as can be. Their selection is great for all size ranges, they have name brand products in great shape for unbelievably low prices, and the staff works so hard to keep their store stocked, plus are always accommodating and friendly. I frequently come to this Plato's and highly recommend to anyone who lives in the area.

Shopping at Plato’s are fun, short bursts of time to visit with my teenage grandchildren. They’ve finally become shoppers & on their own dime! Thanks, Plato.

I have a shopping problem and often buy things I never wear or wear once or twice and then replace with something newer. This has left me with closets full of items. I have battled with “letting go” and so I reached out to Plato’s Closet Mission and the owner was so kind to answer my question in the middle of the night. Needless to say I had an amazing experience and was pleased with what they offered me and glad I could finally let go without regrets! I will definitely be back!

by far the best selection out of the locations I’ve been to in the metro if you’re looking for cute young adults clothes. they do a great job with their displays too

Have never sold clothes at this location, but it deserves 5/5 stars as a buyer for sure. Cutest clothes of any Plato's Closet I've been to!! The organization was amazing beyond the normal system the chain has. There were racks dedicated to brands and certain styles which is always the best, and whoever curated them did a great job.One worker was especially sweet and kind to me and other customers in the store, and we found out we share the same name (Aidan). :) You could tell how comfortable and happy she made the customers that interacted with her- give that girl a raise!!!Some of the other workers were pretty short and reclusive, which is disappointing, but who knows, maybe they have social anxiety. I used to work in retail so I totally get being overwhelmed or burnt out, especially with rude customers, but it's sad when you can't even be friendly for short interactions with nice customers. This type of thing doesn't really get to me but for anyone more shy, it would definitely be a deterrent.Overall, had such a fun experience shopping here. 100% will be back! <3

PSA they are not pet friendly with temperatures is the 100s!I was doing a quick drop off and it’s 102 degrees outside (I’m not going to leave my dog in the car). As I enter the store, I’ve seen two other dogs with their owner shopping around. Then out of nowhere this old man tells me dogs are not welcomed. He doesn’t have any uniform or an employee of Plato’s closet. Turns out he is the manager, but wanted to pick on me with my dog even though I’m doing a quick drop off. The experience was terrible and if you guys are shopping with your dog and see an older balding white guy Please be aware he is the puppy police.

I loved it! Me and my friends were in there trying on heels. We were kinda goofying around nobody complained or made fun of us(at least not to our faces) A lady even asked me what my favorite pair of heels were and I pointed out to a purple pair that had matched my outfit. Everyone one was nice and chill. I may be a little biased because one of my close friends sister works at one, but everyone made my first experience there good. But they really have some cute stuff and have a good section of shoes and heels I'm definitely coming back to get more!!
