Stopped at the Sterling & Hwy 40 QT to get gas this morning. December 23, 2024.
I GOT RIPPED OFF BY QUIKTRIP.
I inserted my Price Chopper card for $0.61 discount, then when I scanned the QR Code on the pump, I got the message to “SEE CASHIER”. They refused to give me my points back and refused to give me any discount.

I was so happy to get a QT in Excelsior Springs. I used to work for you all back in the 90s and love my QT but come on thes new "tap" hot drinks in place of the old machines is killing me. Went for a hot cappuccino type coffee in Excelsior machines broken. Went to the one in Liberty off 152 across from Sprouts. All of them down not working. Please bring back our old machines caramel maciato, cinnamon roll flavor, ect. I miss my coffee!

You promote thuggery. It's a sad sad state. Why don't you send somebody over to the westport location to regulate. I'm not sure why. You guys haven't put like some fence action up or something and made sure. People were constantly wandering the parking lot getting people out of there. You say you're a safe place, but you're really not. You may contact me. And I may take my review down.. But I feel like you guys have become complacent and lazy on this issue. Yes, people have rights, but it's your property and you are there to serve the customers that are constantly giving you money. Not the ones that are harassing the people for money. As well as the constant hangouts of local guys who probably don't have anything better to do. Train your staff to constantly get rid of them. Figure out a better way please. Everyone I meet trip that works. There is awesome, so i'm sorry to have to give you this kind of feedback but truthfully, it's well overdue and if you're not getting it all the time, you should be

Didn't realize I was applying for the military. I'm over qualified for the part time clerk position I applied for. Willing to drive, willing to work the odd hours no one else likes, willing to cover tattoos, willing to take out my gauges, but the interview lasted 30 seconds when I wasn't willing to shave my beard I've been growing out for years. I'd understand needing a net if I was in the kitchen, otherwise am completely baffled by their concept of staying "traditional". Oh well; I'll still be shopping at my local qt cause I love the stores, just wish they were a little more willing to compromise with their applicants.

First. I really have good experiences at QT. I bought this pre made sandwich, this morning. The maker thought a wilted, hard stalk, piece of lettuce was good enough. Not. I've worked in restaurants. I would've either, pulled the hard stem off, or threw it away. Put a better sample on. Oh well, I'll be more cautious next time. It's hid under the bread, so it's not seen til opened. Old trick. Happened in Olathe near 151st and MacHaffie. Also, go inside and prepay for fuel, and there shouldn't be a hold on your money. So much for, pay at pump, convenience if your account is low.

Have advertisements with a specific pay. Then the actual start pay offered its completely off. ($7 dollars less per hr, to be exact) deceitful, and disrespectful of people's times. The website ask what hrs can one work, just to say in a interview that those are not good. What's the point to ask the question then!. Again have no respect for peoples time.

Store location 40hwy & sterling. Do you charge rent for all the people living out of their cars in the parking lot. People don't like being harassed for money while visiting your store. Place looks like trash ville. Good way to lose customers. Clean up your business. NOT a safe environment at this location.

I grew up in Tulsa and had met Chet many times through my stepfather, Mayor from Muskogee. Chet and his family such good people I go to Quik Trip daily and refer alotof people there since I work at many hotelproperties. I referred a young lady there toapply for work last year and she has had awonderful experience and they have beenawesome to work for. She is still with QuikTrip but now going to school because thecompany (Quik Trip) has been flexible andso accommodating for her work schedule.I don't know how Quik Trip could be betterI still can't believe all the stuff in the store.

I went there for a job interview/math test. I didn't want to apply to work at a store because I have a disability and can't be on my feet for very long, I can't bend over to lift anything, let alone lift anything or bend over separately. I applied for Administrative positions but the only openings they had for those positions were in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I will not move anywhere away from the Kansas City area. My whole family lives here; mom, adult children, grandchildren, etc. This is where I grew up. I don't adapt to change very well.
