“We are so grateful we are able to send our kiddo here. We are very lucky to live nearby and I’ve been able to go everyday to breastfeed my child over my lunch break. A delightful but unintended consequence of this is that I get to spend time each day in his classroom interacting with his teachers, and I witness firsthand how much they care about each one. Lunch and bottle time is busy, but they are total pros with each kid. It’s a super supportive environment for both parents and babies. The kids have great open floor space to move and learn. The teachers meet each kid at their developmental level, and clearly care deeply about each one. The entire staff really makes an effort. They’ve been great with baby led weaning and accommodate all feeding needs easily. It’s not easy to get into, so I would call as soon as you learn you are pregnant, but if you can get a spot it’s absolutely a great environment!”

“Let’s Grow is a very nice affordable center that suited our needs for our child's early education and daycare. Our son loves going to school every day. He wakes up excited, and it’s all because of the nurturing environment they’ve created. The staff is always engaging the kids with fun, educational activities, and it’s clear their focus is on helping each child grow.

The facility is dated but full of tons of toys, a great playground, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You can tell the children are truly happy here. We’re so thankful for Beth and her team. They’ve become like family to us. Highly recommend Let’s Grow to any parent looking for a loving, enriching place for their child!”

“We love Primrose! After touring multiple schools, we chose Primrose because of how engaging the tour was, you could tell how much everyone there cares about the kids. Lisa knew the curriculum and daily schedule for every classroom, as well as each child’s name. It's clear how invested the staff are in every student.

Almost a year in, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. At 3½, our child has learned so much, and she absolutely loves her teachers and friends. They do a wonderful job of keeping families informed and are always responsive whenever you need anything.

We’re greeted each day with a smile from everyone, and they genuinely make you feel like part of the family. We’re so grateful we found them!”

“Kids at Heart has been an incredible experience for our family. The owner, Bergen, cares about every child and it shows in everything she does. The same goes for the Director, Kim, who welcomes you and your child everyday with a warm hello. They've built such an incredible environment.

A special shoutout to Ms. Haylee and Ms. Kaitlyn in the Blueberries classroom, they are absolutely wonderful. It’s clear how much they love and invest in the kids every day.

One thing that really stands out is how all the teachers seem to know every child’s name. It feels like such a close knit, caring community. The kids stay engaged with daily activities, and they get outside whenever possible, which we love.

You will not find a place that cares for your child the way Kids at Heart does. If they ever have an opening, I highly recommend jumping on it!”

“The Goddard School on Oakmont is a lovely facility with wonderful staff and teachers. I've had both of my kiddos attend for daycare, preschool and pre-k. The amount of care, attention and love these kids receive is outstanding. They have such fun activities, field trips and cirriculum.”

“We moved to the area about two years ago, in the middle of the school year, and were scrambling to find a before and after school care. Our son’s elementary school suggested Children’s Lighthouse, and we enrolled. He has loved every moment of before and after school care, and the fun things planned on both parents night out nights and no school days. Children’s Lighthouse always showed care, commitment, dedication, and love for our son. Unfortunately next year he won’t be attending due to our work schedules changing, and some other activities. We were saddened that he is leaving because of the friendships he has made. We highly suggest Children’s Lighthouse for anyone needing before and after school care. Our son would also like me to note how much he loves Mrs Bobbi, Ms Taliyah, Ms Ali, Ms Abbey, Ms Laura, and Ms Carrie who have all taken the time to get to know him, care for him, and love him back. He hopes to stop in for a visit next year!”

“We have just loved carters so much. My kids have been super happy here. We have unfortunately aged out of their program but we had such a good time here, we just moved to the kc area and childcare can be really stressful here so I am super grateful to have found them. Everyone there has been great. I’m sad our time there wasn’t longer.”

“I truly can’t recommend AAC enough! Our daughters loved going to daycare every single day and the staff became like a second family to us! Our girls were cared for and taught by some of the most genuine and thoughtful people I’ve ever met.Each AAC classroom has a daily routine with the necessary structure kids thrive in, but also allows time for them to explore and learn freely. They sent wonderful updates throughout the day with pictures so I always knew what they had been learning. I never had any issues communicating with staff, they were always very approachable and truly listened to any questions or concerns.Beyond the incredible care they provide the kids, AAC does a great job of creating an environment that encourages building relationships and community. They have multiple events throughout the year that provide time to get to know the other parents and kids in your child’s classroom. That was a great benefit to us and we were able to meet families that we’ll remain close with for years to come.AAC was a huge blessing for our family. Finding the right daycare for your children can be difficult, but we couldn’t have asked for a better experience here! AAC will always hold a very special place in our hearts!”

“Our son absolutely loved Primrose. While we only attended for his Pre-K year, it was during a very turbulent time in our lives, after a last minute move to Kansas City. He was very nervous and timid after leaving his old school, but he opened up so quickly and by the end of his year he had learned SO much. His teachers were excellent and he grew so close to his classmates that he called them his brothers and sisters. He walked out of Primrose as more confident person and while he was so sad to say goodbye, he communicated many times how ready he felt for Kindergarten. Now that he has started Kindergarten summer school, several of his teachers have remarked how great he is doing from the jump and how helpful he is with the more more nervous kids in his class. Primrose is a huge reason for this and we feel so thankful he got to spend his Pre-K year there. Thank you Primrose!”

And the teachers, Miss Autumn, Miss Frankie, and Miss Ell, create such a fun, creative, and nurturing learning environment that our little one comes home excited to share everything they did.

The communication is excellent, the classrooms are spotless and welcoming, and the entire team clearly loves what they do. Knowing our child is surrounded by people who care this deeply gives us so much peace of mind. We couldn’t recommend Country Kids Daycare more.”

“We absolutely love Purple Dragon Preschool. I have four children, and the first three attended Purple Dragon — our fourth is there now. Ms. Mila and Mr. Yurei and the rest of the staff are amazing teachers who care deeply about their students and treat it as a true school, not a daycare.

All three of my older children were reading and doing math before kindergarten, and their teachers at Westwood View Elementary have consistently commented on how well-prepared they were thanks to their time at Purple Dragon. Just recently, my 2nd grader mentioned that they’re just now learning things Ms. Mila taught back in preschool!

Ms. Mila sets high expectations — families are encouraged to do homework and read with their kids — and the results speak for themselves. If every preschool were run this thoughtfully, with this much heart and structure, the world would be a better place.

We consider Ms. Mila a friend and will always be grateful for the incredible start she and her team gave our kids. Highly recommend!”

“Love, Love, Love! My son joined La petite Academy when he was few months old! Ms. Karolyn team is wonderful and very understanding. We went through difficult times just like any parents feeling intimidated by new caregivers and feeling insecure and worried, but Ms. Karolyn was very supportive and helpful, that made a huge difference to have a supportive leadership. The teachers and caregivers are wonderful! Very kind and gentle and loving! My kid now is a toddler with Ms. Jacky! He loves her and I love her too! She's not just a daycare teacher but a loving and caring person that truly cares for the kids. She's very patient and gentle when dealing with all the different types of challenging behaviors that a toddler can go through! She knows how to comfort an upset kid like magic! We are grateful for this experience that we had with La Petite and we highly recommend this daycare to anyone who needs a daytime care. A huge ponus that made me love this place even more, there are cameras that are available for parents to check on their little ones which gave me comfort everytime I felt that I miss my baby and wanted to check on him!”
