“To anyone considering having work done through this company, please read my review thoroughly.About two years back, I had my personal truck wrapped. The wrap was for a company I work for. Fast-forward to the present, my truck Started accumulating too many miles, so I chose to pull it from the company fleet. I originally contacted the company that put the wrap on to see if they could remove it, they told me multiple times that they would give me an estimate, but I never heard back. So I started to remove the wrap myself.After removing a panel or two, I realized that the previous company used some sort of glue in the tight crevices that made the wrap difficult to remove. Since I hadn’t heard back from them, I decided to contact wrap it up.They answered right away with a friendly voice, I explained my situation to them, and they were very understanding. I ended up bringing the truck by that day so they could take a quick look at it and give me a quote to remove the wrap. Their price was fair so I requested that they do the work. Incredibly, they were able to take my truck that same day, and start their work to remove the wrap. Charles told me that it would be roughly a week and they would have it removed.This is where the story Interesting. A week or so had gone by and I called to see if my truck was finished, it was. I went to pick the truck up on a Friday. It was cloudy and rainy. I was in between jobs at work so I didn’t have very much time to inspect the truck at all, I paid them for their work and took it home to drop it off and get back to work.Later that evening I came home from work, and the sun was shining. Naturally, not seeing my truck Without a wrap on it for a while, I did a walk around. My worst nightmare Had come to life. There was damage ALL OVER the truck.. And not the kind of damage from road debris. Improper wrap, removal type damage. Missing, paint, scratched up plastics, etc. I immediately sent an email to the company addressing the situation.I heard back from the owner of the company immediately. He drove out to my house to inspect the damage himself. Seeing that my concerns for the damage were justified, he immediately took on full accountability for his employees actions. The owner, Charles wasted no time, making sure that my truck would be restored to full health.He could’ve tried the blame game or done anything to cover the tracks of the damage, but He did not. He accepted responsibility, worked with me on the correct solution, and got my truck fully restored and fixed.That ladies and gentlemen, is why this company gets five star review. Honor and integrity are among the highest quality traits for a good operating business. To any company offering goods and services, what comes with that is sometimes poor craftsmanship. Simply put, things can just happen outside of everyone’s control. It’s what that company chooses to do when an undesirable outcome occurs that really matters.I believe this incident to be isolated, And even, They did the right thing without hesitation, and fixed my truck.I will use them for any future designs, vehicle wraps, etc, Without hesitation. This is a fantastic company that has ran by honorable and trustworthy people! Don’t think twice about using them for any of their services. They are the right choice without a doubt!!Thank you!”

“I'm really struggling with why this place has such bad reviews. I've been here a number of times now to print signage for events, and also to pick up pre-ordered items created off of canva. Regardless of what I am here for, I've found the employees to be super friendly, the space to be pretty laid back and easy to navigate, and most importantly it's always a fast trip. I think the longest I've been there is maybe 7 minutes? And that's just because someone was retrieving my order and there was a very short line. Even the self service email to print function works pretty well here. Overall, I don't dread dropping by this location as I know I'll be able to get in and out pretty fast and leave with a quality product. Also - if you do the canva option to create on canva and have it printed at FedEx it's crazy fast. like less than one day. Such an amazing thing that helps me out all the time.”

“Jason (the manager) was SOOO EXTREMELY HELPFUL! I was having problems accessing a Word document to print up so I brought my computer in to get some assistance. Jason was so patient and helpful, never once exasperated with my needs and request. He quickly found the document and was able to print up exactly what I needed. I also had some pictures on this same old dinosaur of a laptop that I wanted printed up. He was also able to locate them and print up exactly what I wanted in two different sizes. He patiently spent an exorbitant amount of time helping me, never once making me feel like I was taking up too much of his time, just very friendly and so extremely helpful! He also has an incredible sense of humor and kept me in stitches the entire time! My kind of person! And he was also having a rough morning dealing with an issue with the front door, but rolled with the punches and tended to all the customers with professionalism and speed. What began as a very frustrating morning for me at home trying to find and print up the document I needed quickly, became a truly enjoyable visit to FedEx, lol. Jason's superior management skills, attitude, and personality completely changed my day around! He was also super helpful sending the package out with the documents I needed delivered the next day!I cannot say enough about Jason and this location! Service, management and personalities were spot on, especially given that they were also having a frustrating morning! Epic experience!Thank you so much Jason for making my visit so terrific that I wanted to take the time to write a review! There are times our business had things pop up that we needed signage for "In a Hurry" and I could rely on 2 Friends Printing to say YES!And to have one of the owners personally deliver the work - makes you fell pretty good - because you know they stand behind their work if he's able to show you the completed job upon delivery.One less thing to worry about when running a business.
