“Personally I have never had a better experience purchasing an item than I did with Glowbox. Jesse reached out personally by text message and was extremely helpful and passionate about his product. While at his shop he took over 30 minutes out of his day to talk to me over the phone to make sure I was making the right decision on size, color, and poster options that would fit my room and esthetic. I purchased the 27x40 black Glowbox and got 2 posters printed by him which arrived next day. I was blown away by the quality of the frame and the posters and am ecstatic at the way it looks on my wall. It is heavy and well built. It may be my favorite display piece in my home. It is dimmable and is an amazing mood light. I mean just look at this thing!! Jesse thank you again. My wife and I love it and are excited to get many more prints made for it!”
“Need assistance in reaching top of 30 foot flag pole to detangle torn flag that has wrapped around. Was told I would hear back, that was over 60 days ago and repeated phone calls.”

“The company I work for has all of their vehicles wrapped from here. Everyone is always helpful and kind. The wraps are ALWAYS amazing and professional looking. I highly recommend this place.”
“This was my very first experience with this company. I ordered a banner and when it came, it had a red line across the top. I thought the proof was just indicating where the seam would be sewn. I reached out to them explaining what happened. They were extremely responsive and actually mailed me a new banner at no cost to me. I’m very impressed by their customer service and will definitely make them my new “go to” for future banners!! ❤”
“Had to have 8 large packages held here for pickup instead of being delivered. That's a whole story. But this location took the headache out of pickup for sure! Bradley helped me and made everything super easy. Great customer service.”
“Donald is AMAZING! I called the Westport FedEx Center from out of town needing a poster printed, and he went above and beyond to help me. He walked me through the options, figured out exactly what I needed, AND found ways to save me money—which I certainly wasn’t expecting! Kind, patient, resourceful and genuinely cared about helping me. Customer service like this is so rare. FedEx, give Donald a raise!! He is awesome!”
