“This is a hard place to run a retail location, there's a lot of retail theft in the area. I'm very grateful Aldi has stuck it out, hired security and revamped the store so we still have a very nice place to shop right near my house. When I went to pick them up, Eden took great care of me and promptly issued a refund, which I really appreciated, especially given the importance of the occasion. On a positive note, I also ordered a charcuterie board, and it was absolutely delicious and turned out to be a highlight of the picnic. Her attitude was more than terrible, she snapped at me and acted like I was trash. I brought own bag so she threw my things into the cart next to her and made me load my bag after grabbing the cart with her hand and saying something like no, this is my cart you can't have this cart. I was under the impression I could move the cart two feet to the bagging counter to remove my 10 items and give her the cart right back. She continued to ring up the next customer and put their items into the same cart like I was invisible. It was awkward and weird. The customers behind me didn't have a cart either and she let them use that cart for their groceries after she rang them up. Unnecessary and rude.”
