Shopping is always better with a coffee. I’m always happy to make a trip to Target and am frequently pleased with the sales. Oh, and I’m so excited about the new trees being added to the parking lot!

Every time I go into this target, I avoid the AT&T sales guys like the plague. However, today I needed to buy a greeting card so I reluctantly went to that side of the store. I legitimately got cornered in an aisle by two salesman that would not take no for an answer, it made me extremely uncomfortable. I understand that target may get a kickback from the sales guys, but the experience alone makes me want to go to a different store so that I won’t be harassed.

Absolutely horrendous. I had a pickup order that my wife had emailed me, and since I couldn't access the link, I had to call the store. I pressed 2 for help with a pickup order, and not only did no one pick up the 5 times I called, but I went into the store to find people were at the desk, but just didn't want to answer the phone. I brought it to the woman's attention, and she didn't say anything or seem to care. Just asked me for the purchase number. She comes walking out with my bags and just hands them to me, saying nothing. Rude people.

Ordered around 10am & was able to pick up my order at 2pm. I went during high traffic hours & everyone, including myself, got their order relatively quickly. My shopper was also very sweet!

Typical store. Very busy. Large parking lot. Clean restrooms ?. Clear pricing. Good place for limited dairy products, fruit, and vegetables.

I Went in to buy my son shoes, and I found more than I intended. 4 to 5 different employees saw me struggle with several items in my hands- having to re shuffle them to keep them from falling out of my hands- and no one thought to go and get me a cart. 4 different human beings- so busy stocking and doing their thing that no 1 thought to display basic customer service. I didn't simply go get a cart for myself because I was in the middle of the store. And I kept insisting that I wasn't going to buy another item.

Be careful when returning your items, even if you bring the purchase receipt without asking you, they will give you a gift card instead of returning your money to your credit card!!! I bought a watch that was not compatible with my phone and I realized outside the store, I didn't even open it because I read that I needed a newer version of the phone, not even 5 minutes passed and when I got to customer service without asking They give me the card instead of returning it to my card, and when I say what's up with that, they tell me that there's nothing they can do anymore because they can't put it back on my card because the system no longer allows it!!!! ! Likewise, the manager said the same thing and after so much finding out and demanding a little justice, nothing could be done, they told me THERE IS NO OTHER OPTION YOU HAVE TO USE THAT GIFT CARD TO BUY OR USE IT ONLINE IN THIS TARGET STORE??? $400 for one person's negligence and my days at work almost go to waste????

No wonder people shop online. Target has horrible service. Installed express self checkout where 1 employee can oversee 6 checkout lanes but it is never open during the week expect for the food side. So if you need something expect to wait in line for 20 minutes while an inept employee takes 10 minutes to check out 1 customer. Also they always seem to carry everything except what you need. They carry size 1,2, and 3 on baby bottle nipples but not size 4. Just doesn’t make sense. As much as I hate Wal-Mart I will have to start going there from now on.
