To the owner: i appreciated your hospitality. Not only to me but i watched you with everyone who came in. I loved my first time here. the owner was so nice to everyone. I'd never go anywhere else. my very wild feral toddler kept running towards the door and the staff would help stop him. bless them. the patrons that come in are very nice as well. the owner even offered my kid and a few other kids something from the machines. The diy dryers work quickly and dried my thick king size comforter for $1. And the wash prices are normal and there's a thing you can pay by credit card or quarters. 12/10 reccomend.

I wish I had discovered Laundry Craft when I first moved here. I will never use Pride again! They treated my clothes as if they were their own. Impeccably folded. Everything on site is so clean, and I love the friendly staff! A+++

my partner who is an extreme germaphobe loves this laundromat and prefers it over our shared laundry facility at our apartment even though it requires a 15 minute drive. i was seriously worried that we would never find a laundromat that feels clean and is also affordable but this is the one! lots of places to sit and wait, outlets to plug in phone chargers, vending machines if you need a snack or drink, lots of tables to fold clothes, and lots of space to move all your stuff easily. usually there’s no issue finding multiple free washers and dryer except on the odd day that someone comes and takes up many, but that really has only happened a couple of times in the several months we’ve been coming. their wash and fold service is also one of the more affordable options from what we could find in the midtown kc/mission area. we’ve only used it a couple of times but we were happy with it.

I am very happy with this laundry service. I just moved to KC and my apt does not have a washer or dryer. I find that using a laundry service not only saves me time but also money. I would recommend The Laundry Craft to anyone in the same situation I am in.

it was my first time in a laundromat EVER and i’m sure the owner realized that as soon as I walked in lol. He was very kind and directed me to the proper washer for my load and let me know if i downloaded the app then my first wash would be free. I was in and out in about an hour. very clean establishment and the prices were good. i will be back and i appreciate him showing me what to do :)

This place is a laundry mat and dry cleaner. The gentleman that owns this place is the best. He paid for a whole load of my clothes because I over stuff the wash. This is the best place to go to to your laundry if your needed to go, go here. Little secret I live in Kansas City and I will always come back to this place to do my laundry

This company expertly dry cleaned my suits, blazer, and button down shirts. They were incredibly professional and timely. They even include free pick up and drop off of my clothes from my apartment complex in the River Market area of KC. And the owner was taking the orders and answering the phone early Monday morning this week. It just goes to show how much they care about the clients and their professional service. Thank you so much!

Steve, Rachel & all the other ladies at The Laundry Craft are always friendly & extremely helpful. They will help you carry your laundry in & out, if you need & are more than happy to answer any questions or offer advice on any of the machines. The option to pay on the app makes things EXTREMELY efficient. Being able to leave & check how much time I have left on my laundry on the app & absolutely KNOW that nobody is going to touch my laundry is a HUGE blessing. I even misplaced my phone on a washer one day & had it returned by the customer who found it. (Thank you again if you see this!!!) The machines are new, clean & very reasonably priced. Often, I am able to get all of my laundry into one machine for less than $10, which I LOVE. The music is great, too. I used to DREAD going to the laundromat, but The Laundry Craft makes you feel at home. Now, I look forward to seeing Steve or Rachel & the others. Thanks for being awesome.

I recently visited The Laundry Craft and had a great experience. The first thing I noticed was how clean and modern the shop looked. All the machines are brand new and clearly well-maintained, which gave me confidence in the quality of the service.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They explained the process clearly and were happy to answer all my questions. I appreciated how professional and enthusiastic they were — it really made a difference. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work.
As for the results, I was very impressed. My clothes came back spotless, neatly folded, and smelling fresh. Even some older garments looked noticeably brighter. The attention to detail was clear, and nothing was missing or damaged.
Overall, The Laundry Craft offers both excellent customer service and high-quality laundry care. It’s definitely a place I’ll be returning to regularly, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly laundry service. Great job to the whole team!
