Front desk was refusing to give his name after passive agressive confrontation about their broken glass door. They need to add a proper stop to the door. Wanted to call the police on me for it... Horrible experience.

Today was my first visit to this store. At first the guy was friendly welcoming us in. I told him I was doing some returns for Amazon and I’ve never done it before.
One label had to be printed and when he heard that his attitude changed. He got annoyed I had a big box that was packaged up in the shipping box all he had to do was scan that QC code. Pretty simple and easy.
The second item was in the product box. He then began to talk to me like I was an idiot and belittling me because I had only the product box. The store was full of people and my child was with me how he was talking was embarrassing to be talked down to. This was the one that needed to be printed and charged me 8.43 for a label print.
The way he talked to me was extremely unprofessional and unneeded. He just needed to explain I needed to purchase a box but chose to be rude, unprofessional and plain hateful. In the end I didn’t purchase a box at all he found one for me to use. Not sure why I got the attitude if he ended up doing this.
I’m not sure I’d use this location in the future. Which is sad as I just moved back to the city. I’d rather go to a store that’s friendly, helpful and basically kind hearted. This is not the Mission location.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Not friendly or helpful and are telling customers to bag their own Amazon returns which is NOT the customers job. Amazon is paying the store to do that so whoever owns this store, start doing your job! Also wanted $3 to print a label on a box needed Amazon return bc I'm here from out of state without a printer. What a joke. Where I'm from no UPS employee would act this way!

The people who work there are not at all pleasant, they should not work with the public with that bad attitude, and if that were not enough, my packages arrived in very bad condition, super high prices and terrible service in every sense.

Terrible experience. I was running errands and realized it was close to closing time so I rushed over to this location. I walked up with some big items and noticed the door was locked. I checked and it was 6:58 (closes at 7) and there were people in there. I waited until someone left and came in and was given a ton of attitude by a man in a mustache that they were closed. I told him I came before close and I would have to drive home and then come back again tomorrow and I'm already here now and made it a few min early and he said he didn't care and that they still have a few hundred items to process and that they have lives too. The lady working mouthed sorry to me. Seens like the man working may have been in a mood. Either way, I probably just wasted 45 min because he couldn't just do a job today that he's going to have to do tomorrow.

This was my third trip to this store and it will be my last. I chose this location for Amazon returns because it was closer to my house. I have encountered the same employee each visit on Sat/Sun and he is just unfriendly. I don't remember his name but he has a beard with a ball cap. He never says hi, welcome in, thank you, you're welcome...nothing! He is just miserable and you can tell he does not want to be there let alone doing an Amazon return. I go to the counter with my items, one is already in a box and the other is in a plastic bag the item came in, he tells me I need to put my items in a bag. I said even the one that is in a box and the one that already has a bag? He said whatever your return label says. It says no box needed, no label. He told me I still needed to put it in a bag so I put the small box in a bag and the bag that had a dress in it, in another bag. I found this to be completely unnecessary. He scanned my items and handed me the receipt, says nothing. I said thank you and he says nothing. He is very unprofessional and not customer service focused. If you dislike what you do so much, find another job! He definitely does not need to be customer facing.

It’s crazy how you can come in with a positive attitude and leave with a negative one. These people don’t welcome you or say thank you or anything they make you feel like they don’t want to help you. Why be in customer service if you don’t like helping people. Is it even considered helpping when it’s your job to do so?

I stopped in on 5/18 and was incredibly helped by Alex and Cathy. I was very unorganized in my returns and Alex was very patient, helpful, and kind. Cathy was there working as well and I want to give her a shoutout because she has always been over the top friendly and helpful. PLEASE give both of these two extra kudos from me!! I use this location a lot. The staff is always very cheerful and friendly!
The store is clean and organized and I love that there is a separate counter for customers to prepare items before stepping up to the main service counters. This is sooo helpful and keeps things moving far more efficiently than stores without one.
There are always long lines, but the staff moves things through quickly. I never have to wait more than a few minutes.
Anytime I have a challenging shipping situation, the staff is very knowledgeable and help me problem solve for the best solution.
I definitely would recommend this store! Glad to have such a nice one so close to my home!

For trying to sell me a recycled box that they were gonna throw away or recycle.
UPS all around one star just because of that.
1 star is for UPS and not the employees as she was very sweet and understanding and apologetic that she had to charge.

I shipped last week at the lowest rate, slowest ship rate a document for $6. This week the other employee tried to tell me the price had increased by over 200% and k3pt insisting I needed to ship overnight express air to get the lowest price. I had already called UPS and checked the website before I came in so I knew the employee was just inaiating on trying to upsell me and scam me to get more money for UPS. I walked out and went to Fed Ex. Don't come here of you don't want scammed/ripped off.
