It's sad to see that they will allow anyone to be treated as horribly as they do. Rude and standoffish doesn't begin to describe how they treat customers. When there is an issue, they give you fake websites to file claims. How does a tracked package just disappear? Answer: It doesn't. Honestly, I'll just hand deliver anything I need shipped. These people are the worst.

Got notified that they “attempted delivery” and it “wasn’t successful”. Not really sure how that would happen considering I have been here waiting at the door ALL DAY. I saw a mail van pull in but they made absolutely ZERO attempt to deliver the package. Not sure if they even got out of the van. I have been here the whole time waiting at the door so if they “ attempted delivery” I would have known.

Danyell is a true god send. I had a million packages to mail and she handled the flow of customers and my needs flawlessly. Best experience I’ve had at the post office in awhile.

This post office told me they do not sell stamps or stamped envelopes. A post office….that doesn’t have stamps and envelopes. I will never go back. There is a post office a couple of miles down the road that has amazing customer service…and stamps!

I go to this post office regularly, the workers are always kind and helpful (assuming you're going there for something they can actually help with and not nonsense that's outside of their control) and you can skip the line 90% of the time by using the self service kiosk.

Doesn't bother to deliver my mail on Fridays and Saturdays 90% of the time because the mail carrier doesn't pick up the keys to the apartment. I wouldn't use them if they weren't my neighborhood post office. Seldom answer the phone even during business hours.

So very sad for the Roeland Park customers that wanted me to be their regular carrier. I was fired on Valentine's Day after slaying to catch up your route after it was 90 days behind and abandoned for over a year. Your first class and certified sat in tubs for over 90 days and your regular mail was one week behind. It's a very sad day for customers to learn that supervisors don't like it when you give customers 5 star
service. I was honored to get all of your mail to you every single day that I worked these past 75 days. Absolutely SHAMEFUL how management treats employees and customers.

Awful. Used to come to this one a few years ago and was fine. Now it’s is beyond SLOW, and RUDE and inconsiderate my grandpa who is 80 years old waited in a slow line for almost 40 minutes and then the lady who was going to attend us next went on break! My grandpa can barely stand, he uses a walker and yall leave? Get it together! No one should have to wait that long to send mail.

I have always been treated politely. Yes, I have had to wait sometimes, but it has usually been near holidays or near closing time.
