Called to verify one of the order items, and the person I spoke to was rude and seemed to be bothered that I called. I thought I ordered a part with a male and female ends, but came as male on both ends. Descriptions aren't very helpful, you need to understand the part numbers to make it work. He gave me two part numbers to buy to make my previous order work, but couldn't find them on the clunky hard website. They don't calculate shipping until after you finalize your whole order, and shipping was quite costly. Went to a different company, they helped me get what I needed quickly, order placed. First time using this company and my last. Not a great experience.
