The left hand doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing at Ferrellgas. New house, ordered tank, line installation, and tank of gas. Appointment made, tank delivery guy was not told that a line needed to be installed, was going to come back. After weeks I called made appointment for line install. Drove out to new house on appointment day found new line already installed. Wasted trip on my part. Then waited for a tank fill and the red tag to be removed, no follow up. Had to call make appointment for red tag removal. Waited for tank to be filled, no follow up. Had to call for tank fill up. Turns out red tag still showed in system. Got gas next day. Original installation appointment was April 29, finally got the tank filled on June 12. Had I known, I would have gone with anybody else.
Can't wait to see what hoops I'll have to jump through come refill time. This caused a lot of delays in, not only my moving to my new house, but the builders finishing.

Called them, my first time needing a propane fill in new place. They offered me a first time customer discount for $750 to fill and check lines on 500g propane tank. I called back before the appointment after reading I only need 400 gallons not 500 gallons because of the 20/80% rule and they said I would have the remaining amount credited to my account. 2 weeks after the visit I went outside to check the tank and it was at 20% and was the valve was bubbling, they never closed the valve. The tank supposed to last at least 6 weeks. I called in and they said I owe almost $200 somehow. I explained to them what was going on and they said they will send it to an adjuster and call me back. It's been another week and now my house is below freezing inside.

We have a remote cabin that is heated with propane. Depending on the weather, Ferrell Gas comes out once or twice a year to fill our tank. We order and pay online, which is super easy. Ferrell Gas is always timely with there service.

Great company and great people. Drivers are friendly, courteous, and helpful. Recommend them to anyone.
