For our first visit it was amazing! Wow after years of switching from Annie's to Mary's our final pick is Gebhart's. And yes their chocolate pie was delicious. Can't wait to go on a Monday for Chicken & Noodles.

Good food! Loved the onion rings. Make sure you have cash!! They do not accept cards and there's no ATM nearby. Luckily, we had an emergency stash!The waitress was super sweet and patient, we had alot of kids!

The food is passable. The service was abominable. There were 4 in our party and the server got every one of our orders wrong. A side salad was not delivered until the end of the meal even though she was reminded that it hadn't been served. And ambiance....... you gotta be kidding. There's no semblance of any.

Gebhardts is everything I love about a rural area restaurant. Food and service are a *chef's kiss*.Dietary restrictions: They have yummy grilled chicken for gluten sensitivity.

The Chicken and Noodles on Monday night are great. The portions are large enough to share. We love their German Coleslaw. It's our regular Monday night dinner.

I used to eat at Gebhardts all the time when I was a child. I hadn't eaten there in years and we decided to try them. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed it. It is fixed fresh, so don't expect to get it fast. The fresh food is worth waiting for.

If your looking for amazing food, this is the place. Best fried chicken you can get. We go here once a week. The chicken fried chicken is my favorite but you can't go wrong with any of the food here. It's out in the country, with a disconnect from all the hussle and bussle of city dining. You do have to pay in cash, so be prepared with some paper bills lol.

Loved the German slaw and pork chops were pretty good. Hubby enjoyed the fried chicken and green beans. Our appetizer came out right before our food, but they made it right.Beware: they only take cash or check, no cards, so it was a good thing we skipped the pie ?

Onion rings were the star, followed closely by the homemade noodles (Mondays only!) although they are not for the faint of salt. The fried chicken was ok-good, but took about 35 minutes.

First time being there, won't go back.Chicken was deep fried baked beans were out of a can with some brown sugar Cole slaw was very dry taste like plain cabbage.

The chicken wars continue!! We tried Gebhardt's this week and we're really impressed! We went on Monday to try the chicken noodles and were amazed at the portions and how great the food and service were. So we decided to try the chicken. On Friday and again we were really impressed. The better for the chicken is more of a corn fried batter than a traditional, but it has way less grease than the other places. The German slaw was a really nice dressing of acidity and sweet, and the mash potatoes and gravy were better than the competition in the area. One important point, only cash or check! Don't show up without that!! Great job, we will be back!
